Hey all. It’s been a long time since I posted and I doubt if anyone knows me or remembers my previous posts. But I wanted to post today and share what my current stack is and lessons/experiences I’ve learned from stacking since 2015. I hope this helps anyone curious about starting a stack or persons interested in refining their current stack further.
First off, this is my current stack:
GNC Triple Lecithin
(This is cheap and readily available. I took Sunflower Lecithin for a time but stopped and here’s why. Somewhere in the almost 200 pages of posts in this thread, there was some very interesting information shared about Soy vs Sunflower Lecithin. I don’t remember the specifics but I do remember after reading it, and doing my own research, it convinced me enough to switch back to Soy. And to anyone waving a red flag, from what I recall, the products are refined enough that Phyto-estrogens (hope I spelled that right) are almost non existent. Please though, if anyone has credible information to refute my claims, share indeed. I’m always interested in learning as much as I can when it pertains to refining my stack for personal use.)
Steel-Libido by Irwin Naturals
(Blended formula with some heavy hitters like L-Arginine, Ashwaghanda, Yohimbe and others. I mainly take it for Libido but volume increase goes hand in hand with some of these ingredients. Also, taking the ingredients separately would be more potent. I stick to this formula because of ease of availability and use. It’s at all major retailers and drug stores. There’s also a similar formula by what appears to be the same company called Libido Max. It doesn’t have Maca but it is about 30% less expensive than Steel-Libido. Sometimes I will switch between the two because I already take a Maca supplement and the cost savings adds up.)
Steel-Libido RED by Irwin Naturals
(I take this for Blood Flow but it does have L-Citruline in it. L-Citruline is what your body converts L-Arginine into if I’m not mistaken. More on this later.)
Maca Root by GNC
(Maca has a lot of benefits. Seems to be a hit or miss for some people though. Worth a try if you’re just starting a stack.)
Zinc
(A heavy hitter for stack increases. Pretty much a staple. How much you take is dependent on your weight and eating habits. Too much Zinc can be harmful though. Best to start at 20mg and work your way up if you so choose. Nothing over 50mg.)
Amino Acids (L-Lysine, L-Carnitine)
(According to my research, amino acids are found in great quanitities in the heads of sperm. There is supposed to be a correlation between how healthy you sperm are and how much semen you produce.)
That’s about all I take. And of course water. Lots of it.
Now I want to briefly touch on supplements I’ve taken in the past and that I’ve now shyed away from:
Fenugreek, Saw Palmetto, Pygeum
(These supplements are shown to stimulate Testosterone production as well as prostate health, both of which can increase volume. The thing you have to look out for though is, they are DHT blockers. They prevent your body from converting testosterone into a much more potent form. So it’s a double-edged sword. Personally, I stay away from them unless I really want to put on a display of male virulence, in which case I’ll take them for a short time and cycle off immediately. I do not recommend these for long term use unless you are age 50 or older, in which case these three ingredients can be very beneficial to you.)
There is also Longjack, LJ100, Tongkat Ali. The ingredient itself in a pure, extracted form can be expensive which is why I shy away from it. You also have to cycle on and off this ingredient more so than others. I would say if you can afford it or have access to a good supply with good prices, I would definitely include it with your stack because the benefits are very noticeable.)
Damiana is another ingredient which I’ve taken before but stopped taking because local availability is quite low. I did notice the usual effects while taking it (perceived increase in size of testicles). How much of an impact that had on volume has yet to be determined because of all the other supplements I was trying at the time and also availability issues. The increase in size is something peculiar and also fascinating and if I had my way, I would take this supplement just for that. I plan on doing more testing with this ingredient in the future.)
That’s about all I have to say pertaining to my stack and experiences. I hope this helps or answers questions and I encourage any questions, feedback or criticism. This is a learning process for anyone. It’s not an exact science and no one is a master. But we all do it for the same reason. And it’s that satisfying feeling of pulling out and spraying all over and hearing “Wow, that’s a lot of cum!”
