As for this buildup theory, I’ve tried and tested many times, but for me it doesn’t always seem to deliver more juice. Arousal level. length of foreplay and hydration seem to be my main factor.

After reading the initial post by “Enigmatize” regarding supplements I performed additional research and ordered Lecithin 1200mg capsules.

It’s been 7 days now with a single dose each morning. Wow, what a great add to my kinks.

Such a complex takes 2.5 - 3 (with 6 exercises) minutes. This is possible 1, 2, 3 times a day a day, maybe not every day. The main thing is regular.

Your post gives me hope for lecithin. I have tried for years to commit to taking it. But when I take it, it seems like it reduces my semen output?! I can’t believe it. It just seems to.
I take a lot of other things, quite a variety: maca, tribulus, muira puama, mucuna pruriens, catuaba, pygeum, fo-ti, astragalus, and a few others I’m forgetting right now. I take usually never take more than recommended and will split a 2-cap does into 1 in the morning and 1 later on. I cycle stuff frequently too. But when I have taken lecithin in the past along with my regular stack, I find my cum is way thicker and there seems to be less. It also doesn’t shoot like normal.

New to The Stack HIV Concerns?

Hello guys. New to the site and this thread. I have acquired the L-Arginine & Lecithin today, have started the first dose of half “The Stack” tonight. The Shelves are bare around here for Zinc (on order) and GNC close during COVID-19 (on the way from Amazon). Will begin the full stack next week. Plan to use the 5 on / 2 off cycle. Have begun studying the entire thread; currently on pg. 10.

My question is any advise or concerns for a guy that is on great HIV meds (Prezista & Genvoya - 1x a day). I’ve been blessed to be Undetectable now for 20+ years and have no other medical issues or tolerance issues with my med regimen. I am 58yo and have been doing practicing PC exercises for many years now and have had great results in orgasm intensity and pleasure.
