I’ve been tracking this thread for a while and thought I would post my results and some info.
I’m 31, no health issues, work out regularly and eat healthy. I’ve always had “ok” volume, usually 2-3 pumps and a little dribble.
Here’s what I take now:
1 50mg zinc pill
2 411mg lecithin pill
1 75mg celery seed extract pill
1 25mg Pyguem extract pill
1 750mg l-arginine / 250mg l-citruline pill
I drink 1 gallon of water a day (I fill a water bottle 7 times a day)
Within the first week, I noticed my cum was much whiter, but the increase in volume wasn’t much, maybe 1 extra pump. I’ve been taking this for 2-3 months. Not a significant boost other than a little volume and a big color change.
So last week I altered my stack, based on a lot of the posts I’ve seen. I felt I was low on lecithin and Pyguem intake relative to what was being posted.

6 411mg lecithin pill (2 in the am, 2 at lunch, 2 around 3pm)
3 75mg celery seed extract pill
3 25mg Pyguem extract pill
1 750mg l-arginine / 250mg l-citruline pill
Within the first two days, I noticed a real increase in volume. After only 2 days on this boosted stack, I shot 6-8 loads with impressive volume and a few dribbles after and it was thick and white. Easily 3x the volume of my non-stack self and 2x vs my normal stack. The extra volume feels significantly better when I orgasm.
Take it for what it’s worth, but there’s a clear effect for me when I increased the lecithin. I don’t know if the celery and Pyguem have done much yet, but my pre-cum has only increased slightly. It’s more certainly than before, but not near the “faucet” comments I read. Maybe I was taking too little? The pills are only 25mg each. I’m also skeptical about overdoing any supplement that impacts my prostate.
