How to stop premature grey hair?

Like my father says, who looks like Ted Kennedy. Better gray than zoid (his term for bald)

I’m 36 and I dye my hair 2x a week. Just spots around the temple.

Since you are my property, the contents of your mind are also my property, and you will give them to me when I ask.

I hear eating lots of tomatoes helps to prevent grey hairs, no idea if it’s true though.

You could be hypothyroid, go to the doctor and have your thyroid checked.

Speak softly carry a big dick, I'm mean stick!

I use Grecian formula.

You could live in denial like me, I’m blonde, so I don’t get gray hair I get blonder.

Lol kingpole I like that one, I think ill use it when I start going grey (hopefully it’ll be a while!)

Hell, going gray isn’t bad…it attractive young girls!

I have a full head of hair, but the gray, as mentioned…I use a bit o Grecian bout once a week. Around the temples and behind my ears.

Its a female turn-on!

I watched a programme where a well known chef travelled to Japan to be taught the art of making Sashimi and when he was invited to the governor’s house for a meal, the governor told him that he was over 70 years old and eating kelp every day had kept his hair strong and black. He did indeed have excellent colour and coverage of hair for a 70+ year old. The japanese eat alot of kelp with their sushi and sashimi. Kelp has the highest concentration of iodine in nature and iodine affects the activity of the thyroid gland, which regulates the growth of skin and hair etc. So it could be because of it’s iodine content or it might be something else. I’m not sure whether you could use it as a cure though, it might just be a preventative. Ofcourse it might not even be a preventative either. The guy seemed very certain of it being the cause for his good hair condition so maybe it is common knowledge amongst many older Japanese men.

I have long hair with some grey. I agree that the girls like a little grey and the guy who’s not afraid to show it. Again I think it’s a self confidence thing.

It could also be down to the fucoidans found only in brown algaes such as kelp. Or the alginates that remove heavy metals from your body.

A solution to greys, receding hairlines and bad hair days:

I hate this 10 minute editing limit, it sucks ass! Now then, where was I?

You can try kombu (kelp) powder from the japanese food stores perhaps, or kelp extract. Laminaria powder gets some results on google. It might not do anything but it’s worth a try. There is lots of really good sh*t in kelp, so it’s worth taking as a super nutritious food anyway. The fucoidans are potent cancer fighters and immunomodulators. Kelp is credited as one of the main reasons why the Japanese live so long. I might order myself a kilo and capsule it up with my cap em quick machine.

Hey GG…good to see you posting! Hope all is well. The problem with kelp is its very high in iodine…therefore it limits the amounts you can take.

Check out this, I’ve used it and its the best source of full spectrum minerals I’ve ever found…and cheap over here. It also really improves the health of people and animals that use it.

By the way, the one for horses is what I get, it is food grade. The one for people is the exact same thing, but encapsulated and marked up tremendously.

Source original is what I’ve used. And by the way, they report people who have prematurely greyed, getting their natural color back.

Hey Sparkyx, it’s been a while bud, good to see you too. I hope the training is going well. The fact that kelp is high in iodine might be one of it’s benefits, if used in moderation ofcourse. As it happens, one of the tips in the link below is using iodine for restoring hair colour, so it might very well be the iodine in the kelp that kept that old man’s hair thick and dark. The minerals is a very good idea Sparkyx. Molasses is very high in minerals and is used by some to restore hair colour.
