I am leaner than I have been in a long time, fitter and actually still quite strong. I think you will like some of this, especially the Ross training…he has you do sandbag lifts and other crazy fitness things I think you are quite familiar with. One of the biggest changes I’ve made is to add interval training. This is what has really kicked up my GH and it also causes increased number of mitochodria, hence higher metabolic rate.
