What did you mean exactly with these two:
9)Intermittent vegan days with normal BB diet.
10)Skipping before bed shakes and meals. (Did you mean rope skipping before bed? What’s a BB diet?)

I already knew about Lactic acid resistance training (German Body Composition), I’m planning on getting started next week. (GBC implies less rest -> lactic acid build up) I’ve worked out fasted too, that’s not as hard as you’d think! (Heck, if Muslims can partake in athletic events too, during their fast.)
I have quite bad experiences with carb loading (meaning you deplete your carbs for a while), that made me feel feeble, and having to drink a glass of soda, in the evening.
