I did not say that What I mean is the combination of aminoacids, vitamins, steroids and herbs can be counter productive in the medium to long run for diseases as I mentioned above there is an inherent risk What is the risk and can I quantify this NO!
Naturally, i you are young and strong and workout as often as you do then you would suffer some dysfunction due to over exertion but you should take rests days and you will recover without the need of stimulants.
There is also much confusion attributed to dysfunction when in fact the main problem is due to stress or alcoholism most commonly.
Now it is different if you are touching 60 like me then you need some stimulants as test levels drop with age. So as they say “horses for courses”
