Yep, I’ll reach that milestone on June 23, and I am looking forward to it.
I just tried prying out the center first and afterwards the top came off easily. I don’t know why I was having such a problem since it really is a thin piece of metal.
So, tonight is the night! :chuckle:
I have made a rule with myself that I will only measure every 30 days, and have kept to it so far. But, this morning when I got up I had a real good boner, so I decided to immediately take some measurements. By the time I got the tape, I had to help it back up, but I got the EG since it really seems to be gaining, a lot more than the EL.
This morning the EG was exactly 5.000, so there has been a .125 gain since May 14th. There was no EL gains and it was still at 5.063. These measurements are with “not quite a full boner” since I have had a mild case of ED for just over a year now. I very seldom get that rock hard one any more. But, I have high hopes!
My current routine is:
10 minutes warm-up with a warm water bottle (Playtex baby bottle with the tip removed).
15 minutes Manuel Stretches (3-5 sec. each).
6 minutes circular Stretches (20 sec. per angle).
rest and 5 minutes warm-up with Rice Sox wrapped in a towel.
5 minutes V-Stretches (10 Sec. each).
6 minutes Jai Stretches (10 sec. each).
10 minutes warm-up with Rice Sox wrapped in towel.
25 minutes Jelqs 300-500 slow 3-6 sec. strokes (ala kingpole).
3 minutes Jelq Squeezes.
rest and warm-up with Rice Sox wrapped in a towel.
Vacuum Pumping (slow 10 minutes from 3-5Hg) set of 4 with 20 minutes between pumping.
5 minutes Final Warm-down with Warm Water Bottle
followed by
10 minutes Penis Massages with Warm Rice Sox wrapped in towel.
Additional:
Kegels (3 to 5 sec. holds, both erect and flaccid) all day, when possible.
Fowfers (whenever possible during the day and bed Fowfers at night).
ADS about 2 x a week for about 1 hr (usually while on the computer).
That’s it.
