My Supplement Plan

Hey guys, I am 3 months in to PE and decided to start my supplement plan tomorrow.

I have already started the multivitamin:

One-A-Day Men’s Health Formula

I will begin the following tomorrow:
930mg Nature’s Way Cranberry (see Not an STD, but sure seems like one)
120mg Nature’s Way Ginkgo standardized (see Bad Circulation)
800mg Nature’s Way Gotu Kola (comes in the Ginkgo pill)
1090mg Generic Vitamin C (1000mg + 90mg in One-A-Day)

I will report back on my findings. I am excited to see how the Ginkgo effects me. Will report back on the many fronts.

Cranberry
Reasoning: See previously linked thread, purely preventative.
My Dose: 930mg (in one morning dose)
Bottle Recommended Dose: 2790mg (3 doses of 930mg)
UMM Recommended Dose: 1800-2400mg (in divided doses)
Current Price per Month: $4.80, $.08 per pill, $.16 per day

Ginkgo
Reasoning: See previously linked thread, improved memory, improved blood flow, larger flaccid
My Dose: 120mg (in one morning dose)
Bottle Recommended Dose: 120mg (in two doses), or 240mg (in two doses for “more intensive use”)
UMM Recommended Dose: 120 mg (in divided doses, “If more serious dementia or Alzheimer’s disease is present, up to 240 mg daily, in 2 or 3 divided doses, may be necessary.”)
Current Price per Month: $15, $.25 per pill, $.50 per day

Vitamin C
Reasoning: I’m tired of being SICK!
My Dose: 1090mg (in one morning dose)
Bottle Recommended Dose: 1000mg (in one dose)
Recommended Daily Value: 60mg
UMM Recommended Dose: 90 mg (“The doses recommended to prevent or to treat many of the conditions mentioned in the Uses section is often between 500 and 1,000 mg per day.”)
Current Price per Month: $1.80, $.03 per pill, $.06 per day

As you can tell, with the cranberry and the gingko, I’m taking slightly lower doses than recommended, mostly because I don’t want to overload, and a little is more than I’m getting now, which is nothing. I’m also taking all the pills in the morning, with 2 Eggos, and Apple, some juice, and a lot of water before I go to school. Taking all the pills at once is key for me actually following through with this.

Oh, and yes I know I can get it cheaper, It was a King Sooper’s run. What about the brand, dosing, combination, etc.

Supplements are conducive to penile health. They can be taken independently for benefits if needed. Anyway, there is no supplement I know, has scientific base that it can increase the penile tissues or increase the growth rate. It’s my own perception that we increase our penis size mostly by forces (pulls, pressures, etc), not by nutrition. Increasing the permenant size of a balloon can be an analogy of PE. Nutrition is needed to maintain the tissues.

Adjusting your grocery list is likely to have more impact on your health than taking pills.

Bump! I really would like feedback on the actual supplements as I have no clue what I’m doing!

Of all the things you are taking, only the ginkgo may have some effect on your PE. It seems like it doesn’t work for everybody, but I took Jameson’s Ginkgo Max for 2 cycles of 2 months and got good effects from it:

Positve: -more horny
-erections slightly improved
-less need for sleep

Negative: -sometimes, I had trouble sleeping

A lot of people around here reported that it took them somewhere between 10-18 days before the ginkgo kicks in. I am one of those, I got no effect whatsoever for the first two weeks.

About the bad sleep thing, it wasn’t that bad. It happened to me a few times and there were other factors. I plan to go back on ginkgo soon.
