As you can tell, with the cranberry and the gingko, I’m taking slightly lower doses than recommended, mostly because I don’t want to overload, and a little is more than I’m getting now, which is nothing. I’m also taking all the pills in the morning, with 2 Eggos, and Apple, some juice, and a lot of water before I go to school. Taking all the pills at once is key for me actually following through with this.
Oh, and yes I know I can get it cheaper, It was a King Sooper’s run. What about the brand, dosing, combination, etc.
