Simple, effective, cheap circulation booster

Hey guys let me share my experiences with a very simple capsule everybody can make at home and I would never believed how good this works for me.

Buy organic ginger and cayenne powder, mix it in 50:50 ratio put it in gelatin capsules. I use 00 size capsules, which can contain about 0,72 grams. Start with 1 capsule/day with food, and as soon as you don’t get spicy poo anymore you can go two capsules, or even higher to 4 capsules.

Effects? They comes pretty fast, like after 4-6 hours, and gets somewhat stronger if you take it for few days. Your extremities will feel constantly lot warmer, you can tolerate cold somewhat better, your dickhead will feel really warm, your erection’s will be rock hard and it also had an effect on my general mood as it made me less nervous and more confident and assertive. For this I have only a hypothetical explanation that is:

The better one’s general circulation is the more vital he feels, the more better he feels, the more better he acts. Like after a good running you feel your blood pumping and you feel pure life force and a vibrant body and you surely notice a lift in mood. Better circulation means better energy level and if you are low energy your mood is much easier to fuck up than if you feel you are properly running your system.

Also ginger and cayenne are very healthy and I see a chance there to get less infections and diseases if you take them regularly but do your own research.

Try this and give me a feedback how it went, would love to hear that others find also how surprisingly good this works.

I have been using this combo for a week now, one tablespoon Cayenne and one tablespoon ginger dissolved In water. And I do feel considerably more energized, but I not yet noticed any change in erection quality or frequency.

One tablespoon of Cayenne sounds like a LOT for your stomach to handle. I use 1/4 teaspoon to season 8 cups of soup. Be careful.


Growing is Good, and feels good.

This my dear friends sounds like an interesting experiment to try. I have taken the two combinations together before but never with the intent of improving circulation. I will have to revise my approach and see if I have any tangible findings to share with you.

Those two power house supplements along with l arginine would definitely make for a hard time.

Circulation is the key to PE! Improving circulation creates an environment for your penis to permanently achieve the “er’s“.

Those are signs that the combo is working. Some supplements have to build up in your system before they can be fully effective.

The thing about circulation and the two supplements your taking is they have a tendency to dilate blood vessel very well, causing a drop in blood pressure. Maintaining or improving fluid pressure as result of generous water consumption will amplify the effects of the two supplements you are consuming.

It is rather rough to consume, but with a glass of milk and some routine, it is very manageable. However, I have switched to tea spoons after giving your comment some thought.

Thank you, I will add patience and hydration then.

As an update, I can inform that the quality of my morning wood of this morning, was significantly better than it has been for some time. I do not know if this is because of the cayenne and ginger combination, or a generally improved sleep quality these recent days, or something else. I have been latentley stressed for some time, so that might have played some role. I supplement rigorously with fish oil, garlic pills, zinc and multi vitamins, plus vitamin B complex and have done so for quite some time with out detecting any significant results.
