Any body else's penis shrivel into nothingness after cardio

After cardio coming home to piss I’m greeted with a (not turtled) but strangled looking penis. It’s shape like an hour glass and very skinny. I suppose this is because blood is going elsewhere. So explain to me how cardio is good for the penis if it shrivel into a baby penis? Lol. Also while on the recumbent bike, I’ve noticed if I’m looking at a girls ass or something, I start getting wood even to the point I have to stop exercising otherwise people will see it poking through my shorts. Anyone else have this happen as well?

It helps with circulation. It may not be particularly good at the moment, but give it some time and you will be back to normal!

Lately I have been drinking a whole lot of water while exercising, and as a result I have hardly been turtling. I think part of this is that I have to piss more, but whatever it is, I haven’t been seeing much “baby dick” lately.

I found a trick. I don’t do the bike, but standing forms of cardio. Wear your loose fitting baggy sweats. The tool will flop around during the cardio, and will stay slung, might even hang further.

Now what happens when you are conditioned and carrying less fat is you’ll have less fat and better blood circulation. Some of the excess circulation will go thru your piece.

I had some crazy turtling today though, so bad that I had a full foreskin!

Shrinkage in the gym sucks. Which is why I’ve been using my Ace bandage ADS while exercising. However I wouldn’t really recommend that because occasionally I have pain from the ADS from my penis wanting to turtle but not being allowed to.

Yep, I get this from jogging, though light jelqing seemed to help a bit. Their is actually a medical word for this affect, but I can’t remember it. I think I read about it on a body-building site.

And I believe the penis protects itself similar to a ‘turtle’, of course ‘turtleing’ itself.

That if you had the loose fitting baggy sweats and you do your treadmill, jogging, stairs or elliptical it’s going to sway to and fro and stay extended.

I tried it and it works.

With underwear on, it turtles. Try it, it might work for you.

I unknowingly tried this on the elliptical, dressing that way by coincidence. The end result was awful. Tool swung up on top of my left thigh as right leg was going down. As left leg came all the way up, glans got squished between top of left thigh and now taut pant fabric.

Thirty minutes of this at a real fast clip and I ended up with a sore, squished glans. OUCH!

This may be the perfect time to measure your “true flacid” size.

When I do jogging, I feel uncomfortable, because I feel my penis shrink, and I’m cut, and I feel the skin eat up my head like I am NOT cut! And it feels weird.

But jogging is healthy, so I have to get used to the feeling haha.

I would guess cardio, but they are all in the same group “exercise” So any exercise should make you more healthy.
