Bad Involuntary Kegels On Missionary Giving me Premature Ejaculation - Please Help!!

Hi!

I’m 23 years old and kinda unexperienced with sex, i recently got a girlfriend and couldn’t last one minute. We’re quarantined for 4 months already and we’ll prob see each other only in november i guess, so i REALLY want to get rid of my PremE before i see her again, please help me guys.

I got myself a fleshlight so i could train with something that looks more like the real thing, i use lube with it. When i masturbate with my hands, if it’s not with porn i can go forever, but with porn i last like 5 minutes (i don’t watch porn anymore, 3 weeks already i guess).

If i put the fleshlight into the wall and penetrate it standed up, i can last a lot, even by doing fast and strong thrusts, this is because i don’t feel the involuntary kegels coming in while standed up.

HOWEVER, everything changes on missionary position (which is my gf’s fav posit). No matter how slow i thrust, the involuntary kegels happens anyway and i feel the contract in the pc (or bc?) muscles, yes it is bad to that point, i can’t last more than 2 minutes in that position. I’m doing hindi squats, hip flexor stretches, tennis ball massages, working out, jogging, i have a clean diet as well.

I think it’s important to mention for you guys that
one of my biggest mistakes that led me having involuntary contracting of my pc muscles was holding in my dump i think.

Yeah it sound weird but every time at school (and even in the last years and months as well) if I had to take a dump I would voluntarily contract my pc muscles to hold it in and found porn side by side in those highschool years.

This lead to involuntary contraction of my pc muscles. At one point I was not even aware that I was contracting them it was like normal for me. I just recently stopped this.

What can i do to last more on missionary and stop these involuntary kegels guys? Please help me, my gf is very supportive but no woman wants a guy that can’t last more than 1 minute and i understand that..

What has worked for me is learning to reverse Kegel. There are a lot of descriptions online, check google, but for me I think about pushing out urine or a fart. Apply that kind of pressure, don’t hold your breath, learn to breathe through it. I can hold a reverse Kegel for 30 seconds or so.

During sex, if I feel like I’m getting close to orgasm and either am or really want to contract my PC muscle which hastens my orgasm, I’ll consciously apply reverse Kegel pressure and the effect is immediate.

If you practice and learn control, it’s a great way to edge during sex. Contract the PC muscle to get close to orgasm, then reverse to make it subside.

I’ve seen references that excessive kegels that contract the PC muscle can lead to tightness or involuntary contraction as you’re experiencing.

I already do reverse kegels, but it doesn’t help me last much longer (not a relevant amount). I really dont know what to do to stop these muscle contractions in missionary during thrusts

Got the same problem with the contractions, but always in any position. Sometimes I cum before it s in. I watched porn like 5 years and came fast, I never watched since november last year I guess.

I do the reverse kegels now but idk, this execrise does not seem to help alone. Now I m focusing on the lower part of the penis when edging, that s the most sensitive and causes the contractions. So try doing it on pics or girls twerking lol, and focus more on that area. Try not to cum at the end of the session. I really need help too, so I ll keep doing this shit while looking at videos (not porn) and imagining scenarios in my head.
