So I have always been a gym rat but i havent been doing cardio at all for years. Last week I did 30mins a day for 6 days and it was light cardio(breathing through my nose the whole time). After the very first session my dick responded way better than before.. The whole day my erections were harder and my sex drive just shot up after 6 days.. My nocturnal erections were super strong and on day 6 I was super horny. The weird thing about it was that when I used to do cardio I would do some semi intense stuff like (jogging and HIIT) that never helped my erections but last week all I did was some walking (2.2mph) and recumbent biking machine. Anybody else do cardio regularly? If so would you say it has made ur dick about as hard as it could possibly get over time? Im looking to get my dick as hard as it was when I was a teen and if I made that much progress I cant imagine what 2-3 months of this will do!

PS: I was in a flatline during my No porn no fap challenge until last week when this all happened so I was really surprised and excited!

I started back to the gym in March. I have noticed that my erections have gotten much firmer. I do bicycle and weight machines. I too have notice an increase in my level of libido and being much more horny after these workouts.

Will any form olf cardio raise EQ? Like if u have an overuse injury to ur legs could something like shadow boxing keep you fit and your erections hard?

It will help as you need a good bloodflow.

When I made this post I had a week’s worth of my nitric oxide boosting supplement left and after it ran out my erections went soft again. But 2 weeks later they have returned rock hard! Hello,

Cardio help to improve your stamina. So just do Exercise regularly to enhance blood flow in penile are during lovemaking activity.

I box and I train vigorously, only I have always suffered with my penis never being all that hard and I never wake up with morning wood..

Surely this is not normal as I don’t even remember the last time I woke up with wood, I am 21 years old, in very good shape, only my EQ seems to be out of shape..

Anybody have any advice?

Definitely, so many chemical changes occur when/after doing cardio - it’s a good way to balance your nervous system and helps free your testosterone up indirectly. Especially if you are losing body fat.
