Cardio and Erection Strength
So I have always been a gym rat but i havent been doing cardio at all for years. Last week I did 30mins a day for 6 days and it was light cardio(breathing through my nose the whole time). After the very first session my dick responded way better than before.. The whole day my erections were harder and my sex drive just shot up after 6 days.. My nocturnal erections were super strong and on day 6 I was super horny. The weird thing about it was that when I used to do cardio I would do some semi intense stuff like (jogging and HIIT) that never helped my erections but last week all I did was some walking (2.2mph) and recumbent biking machine. Anybody else do cardio regularly? If so would you say it has made ur dick about as hard as it could possibly get over time? Im looking to get my dick as hard as it was when I was a teen and if I made that much progress I cant imagine what 2-3 months of this will do!
PS: I was in a flatline during my No porn no fap challenge until last week when this all happened so I was really surprised and excited!
