three months ago i discovered i have premature ejaculation, and I obsesively looked for a fix for this, I ve read about kegels in this forum, i have done them for two months with no results, then when I gave kegels I find the edging technique here, lots of users have found this useful, and I started to edge, without porn, and in two months, (suddenly a day) i could last even an hour edging, the trouble is I decided to climb up with this, and try porn, now i discover i have done nothing, i come to the point at 2 min. or less, I had only two rare occasions i have lasted 6 or 5 minutes but very unfrequently
now i count three months of edging and I feel no changes, an important thing to me is ¿HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WATCH RESULTS? I do edge every night for 1 hour and i cum twice a week, am I doing somthing wrong?
I ve compromised myself to do it for two years even if it doesn´t work.

what should I expect?

Well I am guessing that the real problem is premature ejaculation when you are with a girl right not just when your watching porn. I can usually go for as long as I want to however If I only came once like every 3 or 4 days it definitely gets much tougher. If I came the day before and I am going at it with my girl I have no problem going for as long as I want/need to. If haven’t come much the days before I just will need to take it slower for a second or change position, etc to let the urge of ejaculating down. If I have a few beers in advance I can keep pounding as fast and as much as I want and I will not cum for a very long time.

So my advice, if you know you will get some:
- Ejaculate more often so that you will have less pressure to cum when your with a girl
- Drink some alcohol to make it less sensitive (of course you can not always do this)
- Go slow, it not always about fast in and out, try nudging instead by giving pressure with your public bone on hers.
- When you start feeling the urge to come switch position, or start giving her oral or use your finger for a bit of time.

I’m sure most of the orgasm response is in the cerebral part of the brain, I.e. Your thoughts, not the autonomic nervous system.
I can stroke myself indefinitely while reading the newspaper, but I can also cum in a minute even without a full erection if I am horny and thinking wild thoughts.

I discovered that controlling orgasm during sex requires paying close attention to your sensations and stopping before you think it is time.
It also helps not to let sexy thoughts get away from you, like too much attention to her body, or anything else that turns you on.

I worked on a porn film once and asked a prominent male star about this very thing. He said he controls it by looking around the room and thinking about the pictures on the wall and so forth. In other words, he avoids thinking about how he is fucking a hot babe and how good it feels.

Most of all it’s about relaxing and taking your time.
If you shoot and loose your erection, go back to foreplay, kissing, etc. That should get you turned on again.
If it doesn’t then it’s probably time to quit anyway.

I used to have extreme PE, worked on it for years, and now have moderate PE. Here are some of my suggestions:

1. When you edge, do some thrusting. Keeping your body still while edging is much easier than if you moved around like you do during sex, so incorporate that into your edging (I bought a fleshlight, which makes this much easier)
2. Once you have reached your goal of edging (mine is 30 minutes), start actually thinking about sex. At first, think about a girl you like. Once you’re comfortable with that, think about her naked, then you fucking her, then you completely hammering her. You get the point, but only go up in level once you can edge like that for whatever your goal is.
3. Start out slowly during your session (and during sex) and speed up once you get used to it. For some people this is 2 minutes, for some it’s 15. Obviously the lower the better, so try transitioning from slow to normal faster and faster as the weeks or months go by. Again, only transition when you’re comfortable, you don’t want to be edging below your goal time.
4. Don’t solely think and stare at your dick when you’re edging and having sex. You might need to think about baseball facts or whatever most people do to get over a hump if you’re not improving, but once you have gotten good at edging, just think about enjoying sex, kissing your partner, or your body’s senses if you’re edging.
5. You should know your better positions and your worse positions. For example, I can last forever when I’m on my back, but come missionary position and I can cum in even 2 minutes. Whether you’re edging or with a partner and you feel like you need to blow, simply switch to your better position for a couple minutes until you regain control.
6. Make sure you’re breathing right. Your stomach should expand when you’re inhaling and contract when you’re exhaling. On top of this, monitor your body from time to time and make sure that all your muscles are relaxed, especially your bigger muscles such as your ass, stomach, back, thighs, etc. Stretching daily will make you better at both of these (you don’t need to be anal about it but make sure you’re stretching at least 2 or 3 times a week if not more).

I may have missed a couple more suggestions that I’m not thinking of, but let me know if you have any questions.

Not sure if this would work for the OP but 2 points of advice from an experienced edger:

1) keep practicing, relax and don’t give up.
2) get something like a FleshLight and when you’ve got time alone, practice edge-fucking with that instead of your hand. This way you have no performance pressure (the FleshLight is never disappointed, nor does it get sore or bored), and you can focus on speeds, stroke depths, hip moves, etc., that help you last as long as you want. Then you can try to apply what you learn to love-making.

About the porn, consider ditching that, coz presumably your not watching porn when you’re with your girl, right?
