Does anyone actually know why it is easier to control your ejaculation the second time round? Could it be anything to do with everything down there still returning to their normal state whilst your initiation round 2?

I’m almost certain that the cause of my premature ejaculation is the fact that I get turned on so much. This may sound familiar to some of you:

Almost everytime I have sex with my woman, I’m fine thrusting away for the first minute or two, but then when I up the pace and I know she is enjoying herself, I find it increasingly difficult to hold off. If she says something, or her arousal levels are visually and aurally increasing, then I know I’m close. My guess is that it is a neurological response, following the first ejaculation. All the nerves that signaled the beginning and the actual process itself have fired. They just aren’t as sensitive to stimulation the second time around.

Would I be right in saying that the trick to holding off ejaculation is re-train yourself to stop and recognise your own state of arousal BEFORE your urethral bulb starts filling with seminal fluids? I’ve managed to recognise this point, as in the movement of such fluids, but I can’t seem to stop it from happening. It doesn’t take long either. 2 minutes of vigorous stroking (masturbation or sex) and I’m there, with game over looming in the horizon. Even if I Kegel at this point, it just seems to speed up the process. Is it possible to keep stimulating for extending periods of time with a full Urethral bulb?

The bulb starts filling fairly soon for all of us as we become more stimulated. This just complicates things some because a kegel squeeze at the wrong second will cause that accumulated fluid to start moving up the urethra. Still, what is contained there is not the entirety of your ejaculate volume. If you get some leakage, no problem IF you keep the erection and your libido is still high. Once you get yourself trained, your next kegel should hold things back and allow you to have a decent orgasm, too; without ejaculating.

PS: I never said this was easy. :)

There is, Bear, but it’s a feeling and too subjective to describe. :) And it is like that old saw joke: Tourist in NY asks a passerby, “How do I get to Carnegie Hall?” The guy on the street says, “Practice. Practice. Practice.”

Try this: When you are masturbating, get aware of the sensation that occurs just before the point of no return; a split second before the ejaculatory contractions begin, make note of the number of seconds it takes for the strongest contractions to occur. You’ll be ejaculating but never mind, just enjoy it. You’ll probably come up with something between 5 and 20 seconds.

That is how long you have to _hold_ the Kegel squeeze in order to prevent semen from leaving your body. This isn’t just a quick Kegel, this is one you clamp down on and hold strongly during the time it would normally take you to ejaculate. If you’ve clamped down at just the right time, little or nothing should come out your urethral opening.

If you did it right, your libido will remain perfectly intact and you’ll stay erect. If no semen came out but you begin to lose the erection and feel the game is over, you probably ejaculated “retrograde,” backward into your bladder. Harmless event, but not your goal.

You have to have a strong BC muscle to pull this off, so to speak. If you can’t yet hold a Kegel pretty forcefully for whatever your own actual ejaculation timing is, you won’t be able to do this.

Btw, everyone, if your aim is to become multi-orgasmic in this way, don’t overdo your Kegel training. Work first on being able to do a couple hundred quick Kegels, _then_ concentrate on doing far fewer of them, but holding each squeeze longer and longer. It is easy to stress the BC muscle by overdoing Kegels as you are training. You don’t want a tired out muscle when you are having sex or masturbating.

Here was the progression, Bear:

First I got ED. I got into pumping to help that and low and behold, my cock got larger. Hello? What fun. I got the ED under control, then concentrated on getting to my goal penis size. I tried your tips from the previous posts… I must say its bloody difficult to hold that kegel down. I managed to delay the initial shot but it was too strong for me and had to come out, followed by the rest. I dont think my BC is strong enough yet.

about 50 to 60. depending on how long quick is defined. i say 1-2 seconds per kegel.

Try adding only 5 additional Kegels a day. Or every other day, depending on how the muscle feels when you’re finished the session. In a week you’ll have increased by 35. In a month or six weeks you may be able to do a couple hundred with comfort. At that point drop back doing only ten or twenty, but holding each for a longer squeeze. Eventually you’ll have duration probably sufficient to hold back your ejaculate.
