It seems like when I have sex I can go forever. Maybe I’ve been with loose girls, but I just can’t seem to cum without eventually jacking myself off. Last night I even hooked up with this girl with no condom, it was one of those drunken nights, guess it didn’t help that my dick was numb. You may suffer from retarded ejaculation. There were few threads here that discussed that. I have the same problem. Some people agree that once you are with a steady partner and do it without a condom, everything comes back to normal.

Are you taking any medications for anything? Some meds will retard ejaculation, anti-depressants among them. Viagra often will, too.

I’m taking zyrtec for allergies, and some anziety medication right now, but it has been this way before the anxiety meds.

What’s the anti-anxiety medication you are taking? Some of them (bezodiazepines, antidepressants, etc.) can retard ejaculation.

Anxiety and/or depression can screw with your ability to have an orgasm. I’m on Effexor for depression and anxiety and have a very low sex drive, not to mention difficulty reaching orgasm, but I had occasional problems of this nature before starting with the meds. I asked my doctor and he said that my state of mind alone was enough to give me orgasm trouble, even though I’m a healthy 19 year old.

I think my late ejaculation stems from shyness. I’m just shy about being naked in front of a girl. Plus, when you masturbate, you do it in private therefore ejaculating is a private thing.
