Start small, start simple, & look at electrolytes. The absolute most overlooked mineral is magnesium. Conventional allopathic wisdom (snicker) is that one can’t be deficient in magnesium. Wish in one hand, shit in the other, see which fills first but please prescribe me some medicine that is unavailable as a generic first.;) Coffee, caffeine, soda (the phosphates), sugar, etc…. all contribute to vascular issues. Vascular issues means your dick too!
If you are going to drink coffee, do so in moderation. I attempt to limit myself to three cups a day down from my previous 10. I supplemented trans-dermal magnesium and ate way better. I lost weight, feel better, everyone tells me I look way better, etc….. Every cup of coffee you drink, try and drink two glasses of water to balance in addition to a good water intake. I am less beat tired so I require less coffee now.
