Hi, I took the paxil 10mg around Friday afternoon. I felt some side effects but they weren’t as bad as I had thought. Some pressure in the stomach mostly.

Loss of libido is a wellknown sideeffect of this kind of medication, but it is not a sideeffect which effects everyone. I am taking Prozac (against depression) and it makes me actually more horny. My libido was pretty down before though.

Paxil and Prozac make me more sensible for alcohol, say I feel one beer as they were two. So drinking a little is no problem whilst drinking heavily results in being VERY drunk and a horrible hangover the next days (in special the latter).
So a glass of wine or two will be no problem if you are used to drink alcohol at all, but I would strictly recommend to stay away from hard liquor.
