By the time I read to the end of this thread I tried to do it again, and I am having trouble rediscovering the proper muscle involvement, but I can tell you, the second time that I did this internal pumping up, after a search that involved a lot of abdominal movement, I found the one small spot that has to be pushed and it’s subtle (obviously muscles can only contract, but it feels like a push) . It’s slight enough that before it begins to pump you up, and you are unmistakably feeling the sensation of blood filling your penis, you could miss it, or tell yourself that that is merely the sensation one has when noticing a part of the body. When pushing the only small part that needs to be pushed the feeling can at first be nearly as slight as the feeling you feel right now when I say “sense the muscles in the palm of your hand”

I think I got it again.
Its pushing out and up while at the same time squezzing internally on the sides of the inner penis.

I think its important to concentrate in the mind on the upper side and right and left side of the penis directly where it exits the body.
Then its kind of isolated from the BC which is more to the bottom towards the anus.

Abdominal movement does help to engage the msucle but you wil lalso engage too much other muscles.

I think while writing this I got it again. Tough not very strong.

I wonder if we can get some sort of exercise. Probably best weighted. Cause I think this msucle is rather important and if it is weaker then the rest of the muscles down there you also will have weaker erections..
I have peyronies too and I have the feeling that training these msucles at least helps having more pressure for a much better errection.

Sit down on any medium chair. Think about your bottom. When you sit for a very long time,you start to feel kind of pain in two points down there. Those are two parts of ischial bones. Both IC sticks to them on the most central line of our body.

Then continue stimulation and achieve full erection - still concentrating on this specific “penis-hanging-dorsal-pulling” feeling. When you are fully erected you will feel it working and you will be able to move your penis without using your hands.
If you are going to stimulate until ejaculation, you will feel that this tension can control this state and while “hanging” you will be able to delay semen. You can play like this as long as you wish without loosing erection!
REMEMBER: DO NOT concentrate on anything but the medium, central line that goes threw your pelvis. No interest in bottom, abdomen, special concentration on anus or any. The dorsal part of your penis is the most important one. ENJOY!

I have since been unable to re-find this control. Dicker if you feel that one is the best explanation I’d love it if you could try to rewrite it in plain English. I appreciate Matt sharing this with us, but I have a hard time with the broken English, I can barely make heads or tails of that post.

haha yeah its kind of frustrating cause of the different explanations.

Well let me try.

Sit down.
Notice your ischia bones.
[(For me its kind of right in the middle of my ass cheeks. One on each side.)
(Basicly the IC is attached to or near them. One side of the basicly split IC(like a split tongue) on each of them.]

From there the two IC muscle strings run like a trapezius(or two sides of a pyramid) towards the sides and dorsal part of your dick(where they meet each other connecting with the BC muscle).(the BC muscle is on the underside)
Hold that line and figure in mind.

Now concentrate on the upper side of the penis right where it exits the pubic bone.(maybe a bit inside, I guess people who hang have it more outside)

Now you you need to imagine(and do) three things at the same time:
1. Pull the two sides at its narrowed point(where they meet for the tip of the trapezius(exit of penis - pubic bone)) UP(towards your eyes(head) and OUT(into the dick - the CC - upper side) - while trying(imagine) to move the two sides exiting the ischias into a line towards each other.(this might happen then automaticly as your pulling the muscle from ischias out and up).

Basicly you squeeze your dick internaly between the two sides of the trapezius(IC muscle) while pushing up and out. What happens after some time is that you can fill the dick with blood and engage manualy into a errection without stimulation.
After you get the nick of it the first time it might fade away cause your body is not used to doing it conciously (just pause and do it the next day or so again)

I find this part a little hard to understand up and out seem like opposite movements given the positioning of things. Maybe not. I managed to get it again though, just the most minute of movements, and I had to do the same movement, that was small and dismiss-able about 8 or 9 times before I got any of the inflating sensation that let me know I was on the right track. I think that’s something that can help people search for it. Do a small movement that “might be it” a few times before deciding whether it is or not. As I have a venous leak the number of times you have to do it is likely to be lower.

The out is some kind of push out while trying to pull up.
I said this cause when I did the opposite “up and in” then I engage the BC and pc muscle.
Its not like the reverse kegel where everything down there is pushed out but rather a cocnentration the CC ‘s and the sensation of pushing blood “out” into them.
Basicly a total concentraion on the dorsal(upper) side of the penis.

The imagination of UP and out helps me rushing blood in.

Anyway the inflation is what you want and you got it.

Im doing this now since some days and I already have much heavier flaccid. And at times I can push me to a semi errection without any mental and touching help.

Im now trying to delvelope some exercises.

The first I found is the following:

When you are lying on your side horizontally and the dick falls beside you try to manage that it is in a straight line with your body. (cause this is one of the fucntions of the IC. to have straight penis)
Change sides to work both.

And alternating short IC contractions.

I’ve actually done this while edging and had the rush of blood thing, now I know why !

I think I got to another level.

Holding the IC most the time pushes blood into the penis from the dorsal side.
Then you engage the BC muscle shortly to push blood in from the bottom side(the CS I guess) and immediately switch back to engaging the IC muscle and hold again. This ballons my dick to a girth I only reach with clamping.

This way I also can go sometimes from flaccid to erect without any stimulation

This technique sounds really cool and useful. I will have to try this out when I have a chance. I may have done it accidentally at one point in time, but I need better muscle control, regardless.

The BC is always contracting slightly as both are connected.

You can isolate the movement easily. I didnt realize it before but basicly you have it right when your balls are moving up when you are flaccid without the penis pulling back inside.

Pull your flaccid penis slightly in an upward angle and then use your pc/bc muscle which is on the underside of your penis. Result -> Penis draws back into the body (“tug back”)
This is the “wrong” movement. It is the movement which contracts the penis to push semen from the inside out through the CS. it is beneficial to train this too with long holds so you are able to control involuntary contractions.

Now “the right one” :
Pull your flaccid sligthly up again and try to move your balls up without getting the tugback. imagine while standing a cord that you pull up which is right where your penis exits the body.
Then while doing that concentrate on contracting the muscles right where your penis exits the pubic bone. Do that only for the sides and upper part. this contracting can be felt inside and “outside” the body.
Add some push towards the penis head. This might need some training to feel everything.
Try to have as low of a contraction in the anus region and the abdominal region(this needs more training, also isolating it from breathing..).

You might also tire your pc/bc muscle in doing many tug backs before.

Very difficult for me to undersand but my fault, not yours, and I hope it will help the others… One of my problem is that I never succed in moving the balls so I don’t see what it could be. If I do something there is a tugback except maybe if I just contract very slowly, but it’s still my BC which is concerned, the only thing I can do is to focus with my mind on the dorsal part of my penis where it enters in my body.

Another thing, concerning the first post of this thread, when Matt356 says :
