Kegel - the secret revealed

Some graphic representation is indeed needed. I always needed a better visual representation of the sexual muscles in order to understand what’s going on.

Yeah I don’t understand this at all either.

How do we stop ejaculation? I don’t understand what Matt is talking about.

(That’s why I need drawings for :D )

You stop ejaculation by moving the tension from the muscles that squeeze the down-side part of the penis to the muscles on the dorsal side of the penis (those are for erection).

Normally they contract both together when you have an orgasm - but when you learn how to control and contract them, you can concentrate more on 1 group. In this situation You may concentrate on ejaculation and it’s speed (with fast loosing of erection - that’s BC working) or You may concentrate on the IC muscle - to stop ejaculation and make the erection stronger.

https://en.wiki … wiki/Crus_penis you mean this?

how do you learn to do this?

You mention medical articles, but most of them talk about it aiding ejaculation rather than controlling or delaying it am I right?

Yes - I know wiki has the pictures but they don’t show much really. Our body is not flat, it’s 3D.
You don’t see the upper part here https://en.wiki … wiki/Crus_penis

From the pictures You can definitely say what is lower or higher in standing position? Are you 100% sure?

They don’t control, if you don’t control them. They only “serve” to ejaculation then. You are to control them.

By the way - this muscle was not created to delay ejaculation. It’s not natural, You have to learn it. As same as You learn to stop pee when You are 2 years old You have to stop Your ejaculation.

I have no idea, I was actually asking you if this was what you meant.

OK what is the trick that you learn in order to control it?

Off topic, but yesterday I was thinking. When you hold a reverse kegel(the thing you do to force your urine out rapidly when you urinate), you can no longer hold a normal kegel. So a reverse kegel is somehow creating resistance against the kegel muscles.

So I then tried holding a kegel, and then at the same time pushing down internally to do a reverse kegel. The result is what felt like a very very intense kegel feeling. I noticed my blood heart starting beating quite forcefully(not at a higher rate, but with more force).

It seems like it could yield good results.

I barely understood a word he said.. For me and I think for many others the anatomical truth of the matter isn’t important.

What is important is an easy to follow instruction on how to perform, say, exercise A, which will improve erection quality/orgasm control. I was under the impression that was a kegel, which can be achieved by squeezing of the same muscle that is used to stop the flow of urine. Is this information incorrect?

How do you “push down internally to do a reverse kegel”? I don’t understand

yeah

When you are urinating, try to get the urine out as forcefully as you possibly can(as quickly as you can). This is a reverse kegel.

Ok I did it, it feels like the opposite of a kegel, so when I kegel, and I do the reverse it does just that and reverses the kegel. I can’t do two at the same time.

That’s why you have to concetrate on keeping the kegel. And when you gently apply the reverse kegel, do it gently, with only a fraction of it’s full force.

Interesting stuff here. Waiting on some graphical representations and some tips on how to exercise the muscle.

The times that I was able to withhold an ejaculation was when I did kegel the closer I could to the pubis. So I have reasons to believe that IC muscle can actually do the trick.

When I “apply it gently” it still decreases the kegel, to the proportionate amount of how much I do the reverse kegel.

So how do you make the kegel closer to the pubis or IC muscle?
