From what I understand yes, the feeling just behind the base of the penis is the one you want to target, the other feeling is the rectal muscles, at least for me it is. I’m starting to be able isolate just the BC muscle, but I still cant kegel “hard” without contracting both sets.
Slightly related note, I love kegels, they’re easy to do and have quick, noticeable results, my problem was that I hardly ever -remembered- to do them, so just the other day I thought of something, I put a piece of masking tape on the dash of my car, something I would see every time I get in it, seeing the tape reminds me to do my kegels but to any other person its just a piece of tape and think nothing of it. I’m in my car for about 10 minutes per drive, 4 times a day going back and forth to work, so for the last week I’ve gotten in about 40 minutes a day without forgetting. Just thought I’d share, maybe it will help someone else that keeps forgetting like me.
