I have noticed when I am not taking AAKG hardly anything comes out right at orgasm.

It is not a huge deal, I’m just wondering if any of you other middle aged guys are experiencing the same thing?

I should clarity that I am 55. Wasn’t like that at 40.

A partial “solution” would be to train my self to kegel along with the natural contractions. That would mean stepping out of the moment, but maybe if I practiced enough it would be more or less automatic after a while.

I’m 60 and I can’t shoot anymore unless I edge for a long, long time and build up some juice. That seems to be only part of the problem. My BC doesn’t force out semen (or urine) like it used to. I actually have to milk it behind the balls to make sure everything is out. There may also be a narrowing of the plumbing at the prostate which may be preventing stuff from flowing normally (got to have that checked). You’re not alone.

I’m only 18 but for a while now I’ve noticed that after an orgasm a good bit of my load would still be trapped in the shaft and I can milk it out by jelqing starting from the very base to the top repeatedly and then squeezing the head. Not sure if this is normal or if it’s even what you are saying but yeah I’d say only 2/3 of my load actually shoots out during orgasm and the rest can be milked out.

danzer - to me that sounds pretty normal for a guy your age. That is similar to the kind of thing I am talking about, but the majority of your ejaculate is coming out. That’s sort of how I remember my twenties. Lots of ejaculate came out when I blew a load. but still some dripped out later.

West - I appreciate your post. Very similar here with what you describe with urine too. Also do shoot out more of it with long edging.

Yes. My testicles failed around 2003 so I am a hormone replacement therapy patient. So my T-levels are normal for my age.

I also cycle a Tribulus Terrestris/Tongkat Ali stack (the tongkat ali raises free testosterone levels, trib probably does nothing).

Libido very high, for what it is worth. Physically healthy for what that is worth: Carrying some extra fat right now, but in the gym 6 days a week. Last physical doc was very happy with me.

Broaching 50 and noting a decline in the “force” of cumming— more a ‘seeping’.

I just wanted to reiterate, practically speaking this isn’t really a problem for me. My only real concern is whether I was the only one, LOL.

The only problem with it is a “Giving a Good Show” problem. My wife likes getting me off and making me cum, she likes feeling/seeing me shoot cum, proof of a job well done for her. I like her reaction to that, it is exciting for me. When I am on AAKG my loads are big, so she gets a good show even with the 1/3. So that is cool.

My output is the same but I’m only getting three good shots now. Like you I love to see the cum on my wife’s tits. The only think I’d add it make sure you’re hydrated. I find if I’m dehydrated my cum is a bit thicker and doesn’t shoot out as well. I’ve also noticed regular low doses of Zinc keep my spunk shootable.

Could be wrong, but I think an enlarging prostate will make “emptying sperm” more difficult just like it does with urine. Proscar reduces prostate size but also reduces the amount of ejaculate. learned the hard way, double dosing can even cause retrograde ejaculation.

Happily prostate is in great shape.

I was on a medication similar to proscar. Did not have an enlarged prostate, but I had surgery and had a reaction to the anesthesia where I could not start a stream any more. So the uro catheterized me and put me on the prostate drug to get things flowing again. As soon as everything was working he took me off of the medication.

I too experienced retrograde ejaculation. It was the strangest thing to have an orgasm and have nothing at all come out. Like being 10 years old again, I guess.

The average loss of semen volume related to age is 0.03 ml per age year.

That isn’t very much.
Over 10 years, you’d lose 0.45 ml
Over 25 years, 0.75 ml

If your average load were, say, 2 - 5 ml, you wouldn’t notice the difference if you are on the high end of that, but if on the low end (2 ml), almost a ml would be more significant.

As bbc said, proscar does reduce semen volume. I don’t know if you bounce right back after you quit taking it, though. Anyone else know?

I believe the root cause to be less ejaculatory pressure. If there’s less force coming out, more of it gets trapped in the shaft and seeps out later. I have noticed this as I get older, and I am in my late thirties. I still shoot a good amount, but I have noticed I shoot less forecfully, and it seems to run in proportion with the amount of white stuff still in the shaft.

I posted a while back on here asking about ideas to shoot harder and ideas as to what might cause the loss in pressure. I didn’t get any ideas. Obviously waiting a longer period between ejculatios or edging will help, but I am interested in ways to improve while holding those variables constant.
