MY Daily Training Regime for Premature Ejaculation: PLease Advise

Few weeks ago I had an embarassing encounter where I lasted only 1-2 minutes. Since then I have been trying to gain the abiliy to last longer , I may have another encounter next week and I need to be prepared for that.

Currently I am doing the following daily training schedule for 1/2 hour at nightime:
( PLease advise , criticize or any advice is helpful)

a) I spray the Indian God Desentilizer onto my Head.

b) I basically use a Fleshlight , I basically try to take it to the limit of my ejaculation but stop right before I come and repeat this on and off.

c) when I have a raging hard on. I stop and do KEGEls while standing up at 10 second intervals. I find that kegels are easier to do when sitting down. I have been doing this for a week now and I can easier seem to locate and tighten my BC for at 10 seconds now.

I repeat b & c , until I am tried out, but I never ejaculate every during my trainig session. This is so that next days training is easier.

Of course when I actually have sex, I will be helped with the fact that I have condoms and viagra…

I am seriously thinking of getting a hooker just as a practice before the real thing occurs. I guesss with the hooker , it will be a real person instead of a fleshlight so I guess the physological aspect of my Premature Ejaculation will be helped.

ANything else I can do before next week to prepare for this?

The best thing that worked for me was training (edging) to last for at least 30 min. At first, while trying to get to 30min I aimed for 10, 20 and eventually 30. Now I go for something like 40-60min.

Anyway, the thing is that practice makes perfect. Any type of ejaculation inducing activity (jerking off, sex, etc) is good, as long as you remember you have to stop and concentrate not to cum. At first it will be harder but you WILL make it, I can tell you this for sure.

Hookers are a good way to see if you were effective in your training, but, just so you know, it is a bit easier when there is no pressure on you.

Masturbation (or any ejaculation) decreases the amount you will ejaculate the next time. You have to give it a rest for a day or so to build up your reserve. For me, if it’s been more than 4 days I ejaculate a huge amount (I’m not just inflating my ego :P ), if it’s my second or third time in the day, I have diminished output.

For staying longer, I would also recommend edging, which you already do plenty of. Don’t be afraid to get off every now and then when you do this, if you haven’t ejaculated in a while you will be more sensitive and your training will be harder (though possibly better practice).
