Pimples around pubic area?

Does anyone get these? I have gotten them ever since I passed puberty and they can’t be an STD cause I’m a virgin. Anyone know what they are? They literally break out like pimples and I have to fucking combat each and every single one of them. I hate them. I get anxiety and stop a chick before she pulls down my undies just because of this problem and my fear that they might think I have an STD.

I had one it was an ingrown hair. Made the biggest pimple and scar. It happened when I shaved.

A funny thing happened this evening:

My girlfriend has had this little black dot ever since I’ve known her (naked) - approximately 2 years. It’s in the crease between the leg and the labia majora. The thing is, it’s seemed to get slightly bigger as time has progressed. I decided to check it out with a close inspection tonight, and it was sure as hell one big fat blackhead! I thought it was an ingrown hair or something!

I couldn’t believe that a blackhead could exist and grow for years on end like that!
But she has unbelievably clean skin and so this is especially unusual. I guess it was in a spot where she couldn’t exactly see it or anything.l Apparantly it didn’t hurt and wasn’t annoying in any other way

She wouldn’t let me squeeze it because she thinks she would have found it too painful. So she scratched the head off and squeezed some of the white gunk out. It just kept comin and comin! She didn’t get all of it because she stopped because she couldn’t handle the pain. It’s gotta be one of the biggest reserves of white wax I’ve ever seen come out of any pore, in one big lump like that, truly weird

I can’t stand pimples and related shit. Whenever I see one on myself or somebody else, I have the greatest urge to just *remove* the bastard!

Alrdy where are you getting the blemishes? Shaft? Pubes?

Do you shave? If so, it is most likely to be infected follicles and ingrowing hairs. If you don’t did/do you suffer from acne or facial spots? It might be related. Really, you shouldn’t pick at them, since that’ll just help to spread them around and infect more.

I used to have pretty bad facial spots and also suffered from pubic spots. They were there long before I ever had sex and would be little white-heads all over my sack and the base of my dick. Sometimes, I’d pick them, which would only make them grow back bigger. There was one in particular that would grow and grow, eventually I’d have to squeeze dry (which stung like a bitch), but it’d just grow back over the next few weeks. I didn’t really notice them going, but over the last few years, my facial spots have pretty much gone, as have my genital spots.

Maybe the solution is to use a antibacterial sensitive facial wash for spots, make sure it is really sensitive though. I guess it really depends on your situation.

Would mouth wash or hard liquor work as a rub for them to dry the shit out of them?

Trouble is you might run the risk of drying the area too much and ending up with a scaly pubic area which’d look more like an STD than the few pimples.

Although it might work, toothpaste is good for drying out spots as well, plus you can be a bit more accurate with the dabbing. In my experience it is more effective than most brands of spot cream (although does look a bit stupid going out with great big dollops of toothpaste all over your face).

Hey Trips. I am gietting the pimples right in front of the pubic bone and underneath (the perinum area). Basically the whole pubic area except the shaft and head are exempt. These are not ingrown hairs either because even when I was hairy down there and I didn’t trim (I use trimmer, so can’t be ingrown hairs), the were still there.

Arl - it might be sweat related. Make sure you keep the area clean. Try some Gold Bond Medicated powder after you put your underwear on. If that fails you might try some kind of jock itch spray.

sec - I was just playing. Was imagining if my girlfriend had a “birthmark” on one of her labia and I got to know it for 2 years like that, it would prolly look a little different after it dissapeared. Just my over active imagination going off on its own.

These are not ingrown hairs either because even when I was hairy down there and I didn’t trim (I use trimmer, so can’t be ingrown hairs), they were still there. Yea, since I was 14 or 15 I got some pimples from time to time on my forehead (and down there), but they were never bad enoguh that I would consider it acne. Since way back then, I have been washing my face with water 3 times a day (One when I take a shower, other halfway through the day, and another at night) and that has been VERY effective at practically eliminating pimples on my forehead . I don’t pick at the pimples in my groin area. Right now, my “experiment” in trying to find a way to stop the growth of them, is to use the same tactics I use on my forehead and wash my groin area with water 3 times daily. This seems to be working, or at least it is make new pimple growths less and less frequent but it can do nothing about the ones that are still there and refusing to bust and let all their pus out and die already. All I do with the ones already there is rub some Triple Antiobiotic cream on them but that takes like 3 weeks to kill them. I never ever pick at them, but I do try to pop them and clean up the pus and apply the cream directly to the pimple.

My dad also advises that in the next couple of years they will die out as it probably is a puberty thing. But here’s the thing, I’m friggin 20 years old going on 21 in Dec. wtf. When the hell are these things gonna leave me alone?

Thanks alot dude. I’ll definently try that toothpaste tip. But my main concern is this: What exactly would a chick think if she saw that? For anyone who’s had them, would she think that it’s an STD? Is there any believable way of explaining it to her? Any females who are reading this, please respond as well.

It would appear to me after reading your posts that what you are experiencing is a clogged sweat gland. And yes, penis’ sweat, every pore in our bodies sweat. They could also be just your hair follices, you don’t ever say whether or not you get puss out of these spots.

Now, what you can do has been suggested, try some gold bond powder, helps keep things nice and dry, but not too dry. Avoid using anything with alcohol as it will dry the skin too much, not to mention burn like crazy.

Now, as to what a female might think. Since I’ve never encountered this, a few ingrowns yes, but not what you are describing, I can’t honestly say what I would think. Weird comes to mind, and I might ask about zits or ingrowns, but as far as an STD, pimple type blemishes aren’t normally one of the signs.

I do hope they clear up for you, the sooner the better probably in your mind.
