Okay, so for lack of a better title for this thread and the fact that I was out in the sun all day fishing I went with something mediocre. Anyways, this question is actually for my fishing buddy. We usually discuss our lives openly with each other and today he told me how he does not shot his load but rather it just dribbles out. I told him about this sight but I doubt he will have time to create an account and ask questions himself. First of all, I told him that masturbating often will not (and I hope I’m correct in saying this) wear down the muscle(s) needed for strong ejaculation. I also gave him some advice on ways he may be able to strengthen that muscle or those muscles so that when he is pleasuring himself or a woman he will have a stronger ejac. I know there are some other techniques that can help and if more information is needed please let me know and I will, in-turn, let him know. But, like I said at the beginning, my brain is almost as fried as my skin and just a piece of friendly advice, watch where and how you are casting your bate before you actually do it. The book I am reading by a doctor written for middle aged men suggests:

20 reps of 10 to 15 second kegels every day as good for rehabiliting the levitor ani muscles.

I cheat a little because from my weightlifting stuff I feel like the muscle outta get a rest day, so I go every other day.

I had to work up to that, as I had never really done long durations kegels before.

Then on top of that he could do some quick short clenches, say 25 to start. You know, just flexing the muscle real quickly.

When I was younger, it used to dribble. Kegels, L-arginine, water and abstaining should help. Most importantly, he’ll need to build sexual electricity, be it via edging or holding off his ejaculation during sex. If I make myself cum in like 1 min not much comes out, but if I’ve been going for a while, building up, it will shoot out pretty impressively.

That’s true — if you edge say and come close to the point of no return 5 times or more in a half hour, then the contractions are a lot stronger when you finally let go. Either by yourself, or with a partner. Well for me at least.

I concur on the L-Arginine. In my case, the greater volume of semen I get from it means both more contractions and stronger contractions. I have cycled off of it for about a month and just got started back today.

Shoot I may get some L-Arginine for myself since I will most likely be doing sperm donation so I can afford rent on my apartment. As far as my friend goes, I’m going to wait until I get a plethora of information for him and then send it all to him to try out. Thanks again.
