Premature ejaculation even without any contact with my penis

I’m still a virgin, but this premature ejaculation has started having real world problems for me.

After years of being completely single I’ve had a girlfriend for a while and have gradually moved from a little kissing to more involved passionate kissing and make out sessions. During one of these the other day even though we were kissing without my penis rubbing against her or anything I still ejaculated, which made things rather weird as I didn’t know what to do as I was just wearing shorts and wasn’t sure if she’d notice what happened.

I’ve also had wet dreams where I’ll ejaculate, go to sleep, then ejaculate again the same night.

When masturbating my whole life I’ve usually watched porn to the point of almost being ready to ejaculate, and then not lasted that long with the masturbation. I saw the post about how someone cured his case of severe premature ejaculation, but his involved actually having sex.

With my case is edging and following the advice given on that post the best solution?

I haven’t read that thread, but maybe a fleshlight in place of actually having sex would be a valid substitute?

Don’t over think things, and start working on your PC muscle. Hopefully it is just a matter of getting used to the new sensations you get when there is an actual woman being passionate with you.

I think you’re right about that. I was concerned there was something wrong with me after years of just watching porn and masturbating at the end. The sensation of being passionate with a woman is completely different. I’m not sure if its more physical or mental/emotional stimulation that’s causing me to be unable to hold it longer. I’ll keep doing the PC exercises, but any other advice would be appreciated

As for calming yourself down when your with a woman, that will just take getting used to, I think. Make sure to have condoms when you decide to go for it!
