Premature Ejaculation Solutions

Another thing that might work is to do some stretches before sex. Try it. Get in a few good yanks in…I dunno, maybe 5 to 10 minutes worth….concentrating pressure about the head so you can desensitize yourself a bit. This might be more of a short term solution. Do some v’s or whatever to provide a little pain. You want to focus on the head.

Lengthen foreplay…. That gets you more relaxed and used to being touched and the longer it lasts and the more frequent it occurs, the more your dick learns that cumming is sort of unpredicktable… Know what I am saying? I think your mind gets used to a sexual routine and your dick knows when it can anticipate some relief. If your having sex within ten minutes of hitting the sheets and your not relaxed….. Take your time, let the heart stop from racing so much… Foreplay is killer anyway…

Also, you have to get your mind off the feeling of being inside her..That’s just going to turn you on more… Think about sitting under a car changing the oil…seriously.. Think about picking up dog shit. It can be really hard and sucks to have to do it, but it helps.

If you’re close to blowing, don’t thrust anymore…stay inside her and do some lite bumps on her clit with your pad. Little movement on your part, gives you some time to catch your breath and keeps her going.. Timing is key…don’t wait too long.

I’ve seen porn stars do this all the time… They will pull out and slap their dick on the girls thigh or clit or?? This sort of knocks the pleasure sensations away with a bit of pain and brings you back down. Do it as often as you need. If your hitting the clit do it lightly and she’ll dig it…

Switching positions often…

I think edging is probably the best way for the long term… You can potentially get over the problem in just a couple weeks. Just like someone mentioned above… You need to train your dick that it’s not going to blow every time it’s touched. Edging is also something good to throw into a PE routine..

Things I have heard, but have not tried:

1) Reverse kegels
2) Drink 2 litres of water

Hmmmm… I am wondering how drinking water helps… I know it can help increase the amount of ejaculate and it’s in general healthier to drink more water.

I’m not sure what you mean by residue.

Thanks for the advice chaka. I know I could benefit from just training my dick to be patient, which brings me on to my next point:

Does anyone here have a ‘fleshlight’? Is it very good for building stamina? Does it really feel like a pussy? Obviously it doesn’t have the heat of a real pussy.

You also mentioned allowing the heart rate to come down. I think that has a lot to do with it. Not only is my dick sensitive, but I am very easily aroused, and when I am in a high state of excitement my heart does beat very hard.

I’m like that too Ziggaman. Get very excited by lots of things; the old ticker really gets going! Type-A personality, I guess.

I’ve often wondered whether beta-blockers would help with this during sex. Beta-blockers restrict the production of adrenaline, which is what gets the heart beating fast—“fight or flight symdrom,” as they say. I’ve taken beta-blockers before for other things (job interviews, etc.). They work well for those situations, though they do make you feel washed out. For example, don’t plan on going to the gym after taking one, or even the next day after taking one. Don’t plan on “fighting” or “fleeing”! But I’ve never used them during sex. I’m assuming they would also dull your arousal, like having too much to drink. But I don’t know.

A glass or two of wine (etc.) helps a lot to calm me down a bit for sex. But don’t drink too much!

As others have mentioned, edging has helped me a lot. Basically, you are reprogramming yourself to take longer. I also find that slowing things down, controling my breath, etc., works well. These are the basic methods of, for example, tantra. I’ve noticed that if I take it easy at first, after ten or fifteen minutes or so, I naturally calm down and the urge to ejaculate subsides some.

Here’s one last trick, also part of tantra and related sexual practices. I know that this appeals to very few men (and women!), but it does have many benifits, one of them is helping with premature ejaculation. I do not ejaculate every time I have sex (or masturbate). This takes a lot of discipline, regardless of how long you last! Every fiber within you want’s to get off. That’s what we’re programmed to do. But if you resist, after a while, your body gets the message and accepts the fact: the urge to ejaculate is now under greater control.

This also gives you a nice energy boost; I’m convinced it raises the testosterone levels. Give it a try on your own. Masturbate for a half hour to an hour, edging all the while, and then stop. Don’t ejaculate. It will take a lot of mental effort. But in a few minutes, your arosal level will subside and you’ll be fine. At that point you should feel a lot of energy, in contrast to that sleepy feeling I at least experience after I’ve shot my load.

Do the same thing later in the day, or the next day and the next … Personally, I know it’s time to “blow” when the energy becomes too much (like having too much coffee) and I start getting aggressive (this is why I think testosterone is increased). I’ve noticed that my body becomes used to this and does not “expect” to ejaculate. This is a great feeling. I’ve also noticed that it’s easy to lose this effect. If I revert to my normal practice of getting off every time, this expectation and urge to ejaculate returns in full force!

Have you ever thought of using Viagra? I haven’t tried this, but others here say it makes you last longer, in addition to giving you more intense erections.

Thanks for that Motivated. Some interesting points, which I will look at again tomorrow. I’m sleepy now.

One question before I go to bed:

What’s a type-A personality?

The psychological categories “A-type personality” and “B-type personality” were coined in the 50s, I believe, to assess the correlation between certain personality and behavorial traits and a tendency toward heart desease. The A-type is someone who is more aggressive, competetive, achievement-oriented, has a hard time keeping still, etc. Since then, the term has become used to refer to people who exemplify these traits/behavior generally, in particular high-achiever types. For example, Donald Trump (I suppose) is has an A-type personality.

Anyhow, I meant nothing serious by using this term.

Be careful of these, (beta-blockers) Motivated. Super/excellent drugs for controlling blood pressure in many, but a significant number of male users develop ED from them over continued use. I did. Then you have to find your way out of that fix, which is nothing like a job interview.

I think the cure to premature ejaculation is … P.E

if you constantly touch and use your penis, pull it It becomes less sensitive
P.E has made me last longer, makes sense to me ;)

Thanks for the word of caution, Avocet. What was the dose you were taking, and how regularly were you take it?

As I indicate, I’ve used these things only infrequently. In addition to controlling blood pressure, they also work extremely well for controlling the production of adreneline in anxiety-producing situations, and they are widely prescribed for this purpose. I’ve even had some doctors tell me that they can help some people with anxiety when taken on a regular (i.e., daily) basis; for other people, this effect is lost when the beta-blockers are taken regularly.

I am no physician, but I have never heard of beta-blockers being linked to impotence of any permanance. I do know of one study which shows that 1 out of every 199 regular users of beta-blockers will experience sexual dysfunction side effects, e.g., decreased libido, and no doubt temporary impotence in some cases. In this respect, they are similar to other antianxiety medications and antidepresents.

Here is an exerpt from the link below, just one of many I found in a cursory search of the effect of beta-blocker drugs on ED.

“Beta blockers
Sexual dysfunction is a common side effect of beta blockers, particularly atenolol (Tenormin) and propranolol hydrochloride (Inderal). Beta blockers reduce central sympathetic outflow, impair vasodilatation of the corpora cavernosa, and increase the tendency toward sedation or depression, which may cause a loss of libido. Interestingly, one study (11) found that serum testosterone levels were mildly reduced in patients receiving long-term atenolol therapy and who, in fact, had erectile dysfunction.”

The above from:

This is one of those _caveat emptor_ issues; a good thing to tuck into one’s back pocket, perhaps not pertaining to you in your casual use of beta-blockers. But for guys with hypertension it can be very important.

While taking a b-blocker over some years, I also supported a five-day-a-week habit at a health club. Because heart rate is so slowed, it was nearly impossible to get what I would consider a good cardio work out. After an excellerated half hour on a Stairmaster, all I could get was: ….blip………blip……..blip. Frustrating.

And now back to our regularly scheduled program: Premature Ejaculation Solutions.

Yes! As I said, they really wash me out, and the gym is out of the question for two days after taking one. But if I had bad premature ejaculation, and if nothing else was helping me out, I would certainly consider occasional, low-dose use of them.

All meds have risks, and many meds reduce libido. But with caution …

Blockers affect my libido much like having two or three drinks.

Like magnum unsexy thoughts are a big contribution to delaying orgasm. For instance, go to bangbus.com and see the homeless black guy. Now look at the girl (whore) you are fucking and think she would (did) fuck him. Good Luck!

Haha just kidding!

I just received my package of Clomipramine :)

1. Do you take it before or after meal?

2. At the moment I do have sex only once a week. According to this do you think its necessary to take it every other day, lets say 25 mg, or would it be enough to take it some hours before sex, lets say 50 mg? I would not like to take no more than necessary.

THX!
