Those are all nice suggestions you are giving there (in the waking hypnosis type of sense).
Maybe we should keep at least _a bit_ of common sense to all of this, ok?
In other words: Unless you experienced it yourself or know someone personally who experienced it, keep the suggestive talking style out of it. Say things like “Some people had… It’s possible to… etc.”. You know, simple sentences that don’t force it onto the reader’s mind immediately.
On a more on-topic sidenote:
Am I the only one who feels the strong urge to start laughing uncontrollably when he hears the term “energy blockage” ?
If a human being was a closed system then there could be blockage, and even then this “blockage” would simply mean a reroute straying from the optimum equilibrium, if you will.
Since humans are in fact no closed system (ever “felt” someone stare at you? To use a sidetopic of this) there can be no blockage. The reason why energy “drains” to the crown chakra is because that’s the way it is naturally flowing.
Sure, removing resistance to the flowing of the basic natural energy making up you and generall all-that-is is promoting health and feels up to ecstacy, but really it still is a completely natural concept compared to all those overcomplicated and usually just confusing techniques.
I know this is more due to the readers wanting some “rational” explanation for a purely irrational subject, but nevertheless this is why I suggest having at least one ear to the ground of what feels good and natural to you and yourself only (above all!).
IMO when you are rediscovering / release resistant thoughts, etc. / learning this kinda stuff all those wellmeant programs of exercises are simply meant to make the process back to a normal body less aggravating. Listen to your body first and foremost, then to your feelings and finally if something feels less than positive, it probably is.. i.e. “forcefully” “redirecting” (which I did in the beginning as well) this orgasmic feeling/energy. Of course you’ll probably start out with less than perfect harmonious energy flow, but if you feel you overdid it (i.e. headaches, sharp stingy “pains”, etc.) simply ask your body to help you find for you the next best step to rediscover and/or lead you through it. Relax, release, let go and let your body do what it wants to do (i.e. keep everything healthy). And yeah, illness usually is just a precursor to resistance, either present in your daily life or created by yourself by “willing” when you should rather listen to your body.
Oh and on the topic of “megin”: I know german, but never heard of this word. Even the most informal english/german dictionary has ever heard about “megin”.. Care to explain the source of the word?
