When looking for balanced information on this, it is not good to just google “negative effects”.
I think that too much of most things can have bad consequences, but moderate intakes shouldn’t be anything to worry about. Soy is healthy food and reduces cholesterol.
Your experiment is interesting. I wonder if it will be possible to notice any change.
I’m going to give it about a month to see if I can detect any differences. I’ll let you know…
