No, I just had a spontaneous delusion that compelled me to impose all that jibberish on you guys. But seriously, your knowledge on the topic we’re discussing is clearly small to none.

But believe me, I know my fair share about supplements. I’ve experimented and researched a lot. I’ve probably got 15 different kinds stashed away right now…

I’d say your sensitivities are unique then.

Amino acids should not be inducing ‘roid rage type side effects. That’s highly unusual.

This kind of crap is not, however. You are on vacation.

If anyone experiments with non-ejaculation I’d be interested to know how it goes for you.

Sorry, not me! It’s the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

With all due respect (seriously), those links are scarcely related to what I’m talking about! I agree that Dr. Lin is phony and that his supplement sucks! Additionally, I wouldn’t dare to suggest that ejaculating causes the myriad problems he seems to associate with it. However, I still think avoiding excessive ejaculations is a fundamental tenet to penis health! But the systematic reproach of his claims doesn’t relate to my claims because mine are unique from his. Nonetheless, it seems we both agree that ejaculating is not healthy.

The first link you posted, marinera, I went over and noticed that people are reporting that they don’t find that ejaculating hinders their gains. However, they report PI’s being lower post-ejaculation, which is congruent with what I am saying!

Anyway, nothing but love and respect for this whole community at Thunder’s. I swear I’m onto something here with this non-ejaculation, but I guess it’ll be enjoyed by a very limited population. The reality is that not ejaculating is a radical concept for anyone who considers it. When you’ve been ejaculating at least once daily for most of your life, you cannot imagine actually quitting. You’ve attached some joy and meaning to the act of ejaculating and you cannot let it go. Besides, even if you don’t think ejaculating is great, it’s still a routine habit and breaking habits is difficult!

But I’m going to leave this thread alone unless by the off chance several people post in the near future. Either way, anyone is welcome to PM me if you want guidance on increasing your flaccid hang, hardness, stamina, sex drive, etc.

Hell not! Now we are curious. I mean, you are saying that you have the secret of Ultimate PE, what made you think so? Personal experience, studies, both?

Not that you are obliged to write more, no, but, after all this site is based on sharing knowledge (at least with us PE Massons :D ).

On the side of personal experience, what I can add is: when doing intense PE, I often start having symptoms of urethral irritation; peeing a lot and cumming daily works as a cure, so I tend to believe it is good.

PS: don’t think on your ‘you don’t know a thing’ post, I’m not hurted by this kind of things. ;)

How ejaculation helps reduce prostate cancer
An epidemiological study of 30,000 American men by Michael Leitzman, a cancer researcher at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Maryland, has found that men who enjoy an active sex life do not risk prostate cancer in later life.

There has been a suggested link with greater sexual activity and increased incidents of prostate cancer in previous scientific data because of the link with the male hormone testosterone and its effect on promoting cancer cell growth.

Leitzmann’s findings were that men who ejaculate between 13 and 20 times a month had a 14% lower risk of prostate cancer that men who ejaculated on average, between 4 and 7 times a month for most of their adult life. Men who ejaculated upwards of 21 times a month had a 33% lower lifetime risk of prostate cancer than the baseline group.

The problem with that study, and the Australian one is that it fails to distinguish between sexual activity with ejaculation, and sexual activity without. This is becuase, in the west, men always ejaculate after sex.

I have been practising semen retention for over a year. I have sex 4 - 6 times a week, but only cum once per month. The other times, I just carry on fucking until one of us has had enough. I love riding right on the edge of the PONR. My prostate feels great. But who knows… it might not be good for me.

But my theory is that what is important, is not so much the ejaculation in these studies, but the fact that there was frequent sexual arousal. However, I think young guys should cum plenty. I am 42 and am in no hurry to lose energy by cumming too often.

When I was 18 I beat it 3 times a day :)

marky, thank you for sharing your experience with non-ejaculation. I agree that you lose tons of energy when you ejaculate! And isn’t it nice to be able to go on until you’ve had enough?

marky, I’m also wondering what sparked your interest and ultimately compelled you to embark on the journey of giving up ejaculations!

It makes sense that fresh sperm is healthier sperm! But still we are divulging from the benefits of non-ejaculation!

I wrote about this on my website, here’s an extract:

Semen Retention

How I got started.
When I reached the age of about 38, I noticed that I sometimes felt a little drained after ejaculation. This was particularly the case if the orgasm was mediocre. A real mind blower was ok. Also, the problem was more acute if I ejaculated more than 3 times a week.

So I started deliberately not cumming every time I had sex. The problem soon diminished when I used this technique. Then I met someone called Tusga on another forum, who said he had been practicing semen retention for 10 years. I jumped at the chance to cross-question him and learn all I could.

I started cumming only every 2 weeks, despite finding myself having sex maybe 4-5 times a week. This went on to 3 weeks, and I am now up to cumming once per month. Occasionally there are accidental cummings! But I just reset the clock, and start again.

A lot of people ask me: “how can you give up orgasms”? My simple answer is that although I have given up the blinding light of ejaculation, I am enjoying the ever-brightening light of sex itself. After not cumming for say 3 weeks, every thrust feels luxurious. If sex and thrusting are the journey, orgasm for most people would represent the destination. I have simply gotten into the habit of forgetting about the destination, and enjoying the journey more.

The other benefit of non ejaculation is that there is no refractory period after sex, so I can perform on demand all day long.

My full story is here:

Another guy on this forum coached me a bit. I’ll see if I can get him to chime in :)

I would agree that, particularly as men age, the concept of ‘saving the seed’ is one that can be of value.

Similar philosophy is outlined in “The Multi-Orgasmic Man” which is essentially a Taoist sex-manual written for Western men.

I don’t know that there is any proof or study that I can point to, but on a purely anecdotal level I find an orgasm without ejaculation is more intense and more ‘whole body.’

I do allow myself to ejaculate every couple of weeks, and it’s much more satisfying that way too, as I’ve waited and built up to it.

I would think total ejaculatory abstention would not be such a good idea.

I don’t know that this approach will help anyone with gaining, and would sort of doubt it actually, but there are other good reasons to look into this approach and find an appropriate personal balance for it.
