What is the neurological reason that involuntary kegels happen? What muscle in the pelvic floor is doing this? The Bulbospongiosus muscle? I am 100% sure my or PE in general is caused by IKs. They happened when I am 100% rock hard and try to masturbate/edge or when I have sex and they send me to PONR instantly. I also find that even in the morning, with the dog laying on my lap with a flaccid dick, my IKs fire off when he moves around and I end up with an erection but not arousal at all. I’ve tested myself a bit and used PYT balm and got an 85% erection with no porn or external stimulation and could destroy my dick for 10-15 minutes with no fear of ejaculation until I just got tired. So it’s not a sensitivity issue, but more a muscle control issue.

So if I can nail down how to control or stop IKs, I think I got PE solved. Thinking about it at 42, I’ve had IKs forever. I literally just touched my limp dick and it did an IK sitting in the chair.

I think they just happen because it feels a little better. Whatever the cause, I was able to fix them with a few months of super slow edging, focusing on not squeezing. Good luck friend.

Tight pelvic floor is for sure an issue.

When these muscles are relaxed throughout the day, when you start stimulation you are very far from PONR as it is a function of pelvic floor muscles.

Do a ton of reverse kegels through the day wit added tip that before you do one you inhale into pelvic floor and only then do reverse kegel, squatting position is the king for this.

Be cautious as things can get messy, focus more on the front of pelvic floor.

As far as sensitivity, I believe that it is a part of the problem, I slap that mofo with hands and into thighs/toilet seat for 30-40 minutes daily vigorously focusing on frenulum and underside of the glans the most, then tie paper tissue over uncovered and beaten up glans and hold it there for many hours.

Thanks to this I need 3 times more time until I am almost at PONR but what you do then is the most important, you can pump that accumulated tension straight to the head by deep inhale and on half of the inhale you contract and keep inhaling all the way while making conscious connection between prostate and pineal gland, when lungs are full you just pump anus/PC for 9 more times while maintaining prostate/pineal connection and holding breath.

Odds are that in those 10 secs your dick will become almost flaccid.
