Which multivitamin do you use?

Hey guys,I was wondering which kind of Multivitamin you use?

Either Beverly International Multi-Packs or NSI Synergy 3000. I’d refer to use Life Extension Mix, but it is too expensive for me right now.

I use Centrum Performance, highly recommend it.

Using animal pak right now. Its a great supplement but it gets annoying choking down so many pills at once. I’m trying Opti-men by optimum next.

I´m into opti-men next month. Currently I´m not using any at all and Im feeling great but I would like to try some.

Rainbow Light Men’s One Energy Multivitamin, a great food based multi, which contains a nice mix of herbs, including Saw Palmetto, as well as vitamins and minerals , a vegie juice mix , digestive enzymes, and pro-biotics !

Animal Pak.

Currently I take one a day men’s, but I like gnc’s multivitamin

De Tuinen Multi Totaal. It’s the home brand of a large dutch healthfood and supplements chain.

Im just using L-Arginine for good blood circulation and flow. I was thinking about getting on multi-vitamins.

Whatever good brand that’s on sale at the time.

None at all: I eat a very health diet now and multivitamin use when there is no deficiency is detrimental.

That’s so awful for you. There are a million studies showing different risks associated with high vitamin dosages. Even if you are a BBer, you are overdoing it and putting yourself at risk for long term health problems.

PS I’m not just bitter or something because I can’t afford Animal Pac; I have an ON Opti-Men MultiVitamin/Mineral (basically the same thing as Animal Pak) sitting unopened in my closet.

This is going to be my next multivitamin. I am taking NOW Foods ADAM right now and not sure if its helping or not. Been using it for a while so its time for a change.
