I stopped the 5htp. It inhibits orgasm. But I was on 200mg a day. It also makes you a grouchy fuck too. I stopped and feel better. I believe my neurotransmitters are back to normal, as the tyrosine has no effect now.
So I’m off all supps and doing a 80 % alkaline / 20 % acidic diet
Basically small amount of protein (meat) 2x a day (lunch and dinner)
2 eggs in the am, raw in a green blended drink
Then I drink during the day, split apart of course about 2 more full blenders of green stuff (turnip mustard celery spinach) and whatever else is green with some grapes or an apple, so it doesn’t come back up and exit via my frign nostrils. I use water of course so you can drink it. The purpose is that your stomach doesn’t have to break it down as much. More absorbtion of the good stuff, IMO. However, It’s vile stuff the way I mix it.
I did a bowel cleanse with P+B shakes (google it) and I shit like 8’ of TOXIC CRAP. Immediately after that left my body, after 2 days of shakes, I felt like a new man.
Before that I was having all kinds of aches, lethargy, feeling like general shit. Well, I fell off the wagon when I got back on opiates after busted ribs and started eating processed crap again a while back.
So now I’m back on track and I can’t say enough about the green shakes. YOu need protein too though and the powder shit ain’t going to do it. You need fat and meat. Real foods. Real whole butter. Whole milk if your going to do milk (organic only) and snacks during the day. I got a nice cracker, WHEAT AND SALT (those are the ingredients) with a little quality garlic hummus. No cracker with 1000 ingredienets like Ritz or the other GARBAGE. Cracker should have wheat, salt and or flour, that’s it. WTF?
Nuts and berries durign the day too for snacks. Also Oat meal and banannas and apples. Oat meal does wonders for your libido IMO.
Doing this will make you feel good plus you’ll have the best shits of your life if you do 2 or > apples a day.
Besides that, I’m taking a B12 and fish oil, that’s it. I’m pretty much done with supps, other than the maca, horny goat weed, ginko and green tea extract powder I got from 1fast400. Quality stuff it is, as it smells and tastes horrific mixed with warm water. But I like punishment, I could drink piss if I had to, LOL. Disgusting food doesn’t bother me. If it works, I’ll do it. If I could feel like superman drinking 10-40 motor oil, I’d do that too.
I’d stay away from most of the pills though one you get back on track. Most of them are rubbish and only like 10-20% get absorbed. Then if your gut is not clean, your not going to absorb anything. Seratonin is synthesized in teh gut too. Notice a trend? More processed food than ever and more depression than ever.
There are good supps and vitamins. LEF.org has done some extensive testing with the absorbtion of supps and you know what? Most of the store bought ones are minimally absorbed. Their stuff however is stupid expensive. I’ll stick to getting my nutrients from food, as God intended.
