1 cm girth in 3 weeks
I can’t seem to find anyone on here stating the effect of downward stretches for girth gains, which makes me wonder. I just started “trying out a bit” of PE some 3 weeks ago, after actually being a Thunder’s member (very inactive, and never actually practiced PE), since ‘06.
What I basically did was downward stretching quite a lot throughout the day, perhaps 30 mins. Or more.
The thing is, I just did it to get “conditioned”, though suddenly realised I have gained almost 1 centimeter of girth in THREE WEEKS. I mean - should that even be possible? I also tried some technique posted my Mr.Orange like 3-4 days, and that was a girth exercise, although it would be insane to grow a cm out of 3-4 short sessions.
Any “PE vet”s opinion on this would be highly appreciated!
Srtarting stats (may 09): 16 cm (6.3") BPEL x 14 cm (5.5") EG.
August: 16,5 cm (6.5") BPEL x 14.2 cm (5.6") EG
Long term goal is the same as everyone else's on here, it seems. 8 x 6 appears to be the holy grail. :)
