1 cm girth in 3 weeks

I can’t seem to find anyone on here stating the effect of downward stretches for girth gains, which makes me wonder. I just started “trying out a bit” of PE some 3 weeks ago, after actually being a Thunder’s member (very inactive, and never actually practiced PE), since ‘06.

What I basically did was downward stretching quite a lot throughout the day, perhaps 30 mins. Or more.

The thing is, I just did it to get “conditioned”, though suddenly realised I have gained almost 1 centimeter of girth in THREE WEEKS. I mean - should that even be possible? I also tried some technique posted my Mr.Orange like 3-4 days, and that was a girth exercise, although it would be insane to grow a cm out of 3-4 short sessions.

Any “PE vet”s opinion on this would be highly appreciated!

Sorry for my mistake in this thread - what I have gained is one centimeter, which is about half an inch. My bad. Perhaps a mod can fix it, as I can’t seem to go in and edit now.

I’m no vet by any means, but such gains seem ridiculous! Did your routine include any jelqing or was it only stretching? An inch of girth as a long term goal seems to be the norm at Thunders, never mind three weeks..

Perhaps you measured incorrectly at the start?

Confusion about the cm / inches thing on my behalf. What I gained was one CM, which is about half an inch. Only girth-related exercises were these which I do not know the name of. Brought up my a member called Mr. Orange. But only did 3 sessions or so of them

Can you describe your version of the orange bend?

I’ve read the thread and it’s up in the air?

What erection level were you etc.

Well, I could hardly describe it as an erection level at all. Maximum 5%. I lock the penis in this state, allowing no blood out, and when bending totally, it will kind of “Blow up”. I hold each one for 1 min. Or so, and repeat 2-3 times.

I just followed the advice given in the thread . Just do it, and you’ll see how it works :)

Personally, I’ll take two weeks without stretching now, using only the bends to see if they really are generating such gains. My penis looks kind of silly now though, being a lot thicker mid-shaft than the rest.

Are you thicker right after doing them?

It seems the proper name should be ‘dry-jelqs with bend’. The funny thing is the gains should be mostly at mid-shaft, I think, not at base.
