your opinion,what is the best way?

- 1 stretch of 1 min or 2 stretchs of 30 sec

2 stretches 30 secs each is better for someone just starting out than 1 stretch for 60 secs.

I find that 1 minute stretches make the workout duration seem shorter say if you are doing a 10 minute stretch workout.

If it depends on having a good grip and muscle power in your arm (hand), if this two things are all right

Then I think is best with 1 stretch 1 min (and not 2 stretch 30 sec)
