First off, either my original girth measurement was off, or I’ve lost girth in the first month. I have been much more on top of my stretching that jelqing though.
Routine: 2 on 1 off
10min wrap
10 min manual stretch
15 min jelq
15 min power jelq
…and averaging around 4 hours with my PM on, which I’ve been doing for about 1/4 of the time.
I haven’t found a good way to measure flaccid yet, since it varies widely throughout the day. However, it seems to be up significantly (both FL and FG).

I think the PM will benefit FL more than anything, but since this is my first measurement, I’ll never really know. Also, as my sex life has increased drastically (from none to 1-2x daily), my free time to PM has gone down.
