Hi guys, I have been following the beginners routine for about 3 months now and have had mixed results. My flaccid length definitely looks bigger but erect length is right around the same 6” length and 4.5” erect girth. My routine is as follows:

4 minutes hot wrap

10 minutes manual stretch (30 seconds each direction)

30 minutes dry jelq

4 minutes hot wrap

I do this 5 days on, 2 days off

My questions are: Have other people noticed lack of results in erect length and girth over a similar period? Do you guys recommend any changes to my routine? Will this routine eventually help me with girth as this is my main concern? Would love another inch in length as well though. Thanks in advance for any help.

Take a couple weeks off. Cut jelqs down to 7 minutes and work up to 10. Then use wet jelqs instead of dry.

Edit: Double your warm up and warm down to 8 minutes for both also.

My reasoning is 30 minutes of straight jelqing is tough on any unit. Typically dry jelqs are harder on you than wet ones. So wet ones are easier to get good results out of. I recommend the time off so you can get all your good Physiologic Indicators back and start fresh.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I agree I think you are over training. I have had some good length gains doing literally 40 dry jelqs and under 10mins of stretching. I think most people would agree that the progression phase of the newbie routine is way too fast of an increase. No way a person should be doing 30mins of jelqing after only 6 weeks.


7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

Are the exercises described in the newbie routine (warm-up, manual stretch, wet jelq, warm down) designed to increase girth or just length? If just length, is there anything else I should be doing for girth gains, thanks everyone

Both are typically a result of the Newbie Routine. I would get time in with it before considering any other exercises.
