3 month questions
Hi guys, I have been following the beginners routine for about 3 months now and have had mixed results. My flaccid length definitely looks bigger but erect length is right around the same 6” length and 4.5” erect girth. My routine is as follows:
4 minutes hot wrap
10 minutes manual stretch (30 seconds each direction)
30 minutes dry jelq
4 minutes hot wrap
I do this 5 days on, 2 days off
My questions are: Have other people noticed lack of results in erect length and girth over a similar period? Do you guys recommend any changes to my routine? Will this routine eventually help me with girth as this is my main concern? Would love another inch in length as well though. Thanks in advance for any help.
