Yeah I need help.
I don’t have that much girth so I need some suggestions to help me gain some girth :)

If anyone can relate to this please share your story.

There are specific exercises for girth, but it would wise to do a girth-oriented routine only after having done the newbie routine (or the linear routine, even better) for some months. This for many reasons: citing just one, girth specific techniques are generally more dangerous, so starting doing them without knowing how your penis react to penis enlargement stress isn’t a good idea.

Is your goal reasonable? Only you can answer to this question, being consistent for years (yes, sorry if sounds hard to you, but we tend to be pretty honest here).

Newbie routine first, then, when you’re conditioned, consider “specializing”.

I think it should be possible as long as you follow the healthy routines, and build up to the bigger ones which add more girth. Start out small, and work your way up to the more intense ones. That’s what I’m doing right now. I have a long way to go too, but I have high hopes :D Happy Gains and good luck! :D

Start out pumping ten minutes every other day and the newbie routine for three months, then progress into clamping and so on.

Nope. Start doing just the newbie routine and nothing else. ‘The more the bette’r generally is a no-no in PE.

I agree. No pumping or anything until youve fully conditioned yourself for atleast 3 months with the newbie routine.

So it is possible going from like 3in girth to 5 inches or more right?
It’s just hard to believe because 3 in. Going to 5 in. Is a major difference but hopefully with the support from thunders it can be done!

I am 19 by the way I haven’t really measured . But I have seen pics up of guys with 4 in. Girth and mine does not look like it can be 4in.

Start off with newbie routine I would say for 6 months then maybe consider doing some low level pumping combination.

And from 3 to 5 inch girth?

Well maybe make some set goals.

Like your first one should be 3.5 and then the next should be 4 and then 4.5.

Truthfully I think you could make it to 4.5. But after that it’s going to take a bit of work.

Is pumping considered intense PE? There are plenty of men who pump and pump only and never even heard of these techniques at thunders. Also, he can control the amount of pressure in his pump. He doesn’t need to use a high pressure, and only suggested that he pump every other day for ten minutes a session. I think pumping will help him get conditioned and also help with more newbie gains. JMO, I could be wrong, but I just wanted to state my feelings on this matter at hand.

I think you need to measure so you know your starting point. You can keep track of progress this way. Who knows, you may be a different size then you think you are.

You would be stupid not to measure. You need to measure you might be surprised.

Just alittle addition: when you jelq, 50-70% erection helps more in girth and 30-50% for lenght (it been said to work this way atleast)

Yep defiantly measure. I never and now I cant remember what it used to look like. I know its grown, but I wish so much I’d of measured. In fact I’m off to measure know. Right now

Pumping can be intense PE if you don’t follow the vets’ recommendations. For what it is worth I way overdid it with the pumping a week ago and had to take a decon break. I was following the safe pumping reqs, but I overdid it for my penis in terms of a) time in the tube b) number of sessions. If I had not had the newbie routine and other stuff under my belt, I might not have recognized that I was overtraining and just kept on doing what I was doing.

I think the problem with going to devices before doing 3 months of the newbie routine is this:

As a newbie, for a long time you don’t know what the hell you are doing. Putting in time with the newbie routine helps you figure out how your dick works with PE, what is too much, how to avoid injury etc.

If a newbie gets a hold of a device they don’t have that knowledge. So easier to overdo things with a device then it is with your hands.

Personally I only waited 2 months before starting pumping. It is a pretty gentle exercise as long as you stay at low pressure and build up gradually on time.

SuckMeUP420 Like everybody else says MEASURE!!!! You may be bigger than you think.

You can’t go by looking at pictures in the member section. I look at guys who have more or less the same stats as mine and think DAMN THAT LOOKS WAY BIGGER THAN ME. I think our brains are just hardwired to think that way.
