40 hours a week
I am young, probably one of the youngest people in this forum, and I hear about all of these people spending 5-6 hours a day doing P.E, which I can see because they are adults and have all that time to themselves, but I am still young and have to do stuff a lot of the day, so I don’t have too much time to do excercises, I have 2 hours, but can that get me the results that I want? Or do I really have to do 5-6 to get huge gains?
