5 Months And No Gains

I’ve been lurking this forum for a while now and learned a ton

I started by following the JP90 religiously. I had some experience before this so after a month I added an extender for 2-4 hours per day. I completed the JP90 with no results but was happy to have conditioned myself for future gains.

My current routine is as follows:
- 5 minutes of heat to warm up
- extender for 2-3 hours
- 5 minutes of heat
- Manual stretches: 30 seconds for 5 sets in each direction
- sometimes I will then use my bath-mate for two 10 minute sessions
- extender for another couple hours

I have experienced 0 gains so far. I’m currently between 6.25 - 6.5 BPEL and 4.5 EG

Any help or guidance is very much appreciated

Have you tried jelqing? When I first started I did jelqs and gained a bit. Jelqs has always been part of my routine as the main exercise. I might not have gained as much as I would’ve liked, but then again I have not been going at it religiously enough, wish I had though. Try jelqs. Good luck buddy!

Start: BPEL - 5.7/5.9" (14.5-15cm) MSEG: 4.7" (12cm)

Current: BPEL - 18.5cm/7.3” | MSEG - 13.3/13.4cm/5.23”-5.27”

Goal: NBPEL - 18.5-19cm/7.3-7.5" x MSEG 14-14.5cm/5.5-5.7" | Current and previous progress threads Happypill's size & happiness journey | Happypill's journey |

I tried jelqing as part of the JP90. I can say its the only time I’ve felt “fatigue” after a workout. I think that’s also when I was consistently hitting 6.5

I read a well written post on reddit about the dangers of jelqing. Maybe it was an overreaction but I cut it out of my routine completely after that.

Appreciate the response!

I don’t understand why you would start with an extender as a newbie. My advice is simple, do the newbie routine!

It’s been around for ages for the simple reason that it works. And yes, it includes jelqs, don’t be put off by that stuff you read, done right jelqs are super important. You have to do them badly wrong to lead to injury, especially when you’re starting out doing 5 minutes at a time.

I always like to help fellow hard gainers because I consider myself one.
You definitely need an advanced and proven method:

Hanging with FIRe

This is a good start. If I were you I would study 5.5squared’s logs. This may give you the gains you crave :-)

[before PE] Start BPFSL: 17.6cm (6.93 inches) start BPEL: 16.7cm (6.57 inches)

[currently decon until aug 2024] latest BFPSL: 21.2cm (8.35 inches) latest BPEL: 19.5cm (7,68 inches) latest NBPEL: 17cm (6.69 inches)

I did have around 6 months of inconsistent PE before doing JP90. But maybe it was too early to add the extender. I’ll take another look at the newbie routine

Thanks! Hanging seems very interesting

Try jelqing bro Extending is in my opinion the worst PE method. It takes hundreds of hours to actually achieve some gains. I have a friend who did manual stretches for 9 months almost every day 5 times a week and didnt gaina anything

Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

Thanks man. I’m going to reset and follow the newbie routine on here

No gains either

I’ve had the same problem, but have been doing PE for nearly two years. I bought a couple extenders but they just aren’t comfortable, I get a burning sensation at the base of my penis after about 20 minutes. I bought a LeLuv Slider and the strap broke after only a week of using it. So any advice would be welcomed. Thinking of trying weight hanging next.

To clarify - you have seen absolutely 0 difference after 2 years?

Have you been consistent? What have you tried outside of extenders? (stretching, jelqing, etc.)

Why not try the newbie routine?

Is this how you got your gains? Did you gain girth from the program at all?

Yes I gained from the newbie routine. I haven’t gained girth but am focusing on length (only jelqing for a few minutes when newbie routine allows you to jelq up to 30 minutes). My mid girth is 5.7” (14.5cm) and base girth 6”, so it’s not a priority.

The newbie routine is more than just, “hey, you don’t know what you’re doing, play it safe and do this.” It’s the foundation for everything else. The idea is start there, condition your dick to change, for what’s to come. Jumping headlong into something advanced is a really good way to toughen your tissue. Once toughened, gains are difficult to come by.

It’s also evident, newbie gains are the materialized potential of the tissue conditions you already have. That said, maximize that potential first, the most non invasive way possible. Then pick a format; hanging, stretching, pumping, and move forward.

My older brother is a great example of jumping headlong. Since none of you know him… He went straight to hanging about 7 years ago, picked some ungodly 30lb routine he read somewhere, not here. Bypassed any semblance of a newbie routine like it was something for sissies. Had a promising gain, initially, then fell flat with problems and zero gains. He’s been back and forth from decon to the next greatest thing he can find. Too proud, he’s yet to try the newbie routine, and reset. He keeps stressing the shit out of his dick.

I’m not saying that’s your answer, couldn’t hurt, but if the warning to anyone reading this actually lands on brain matter then we’re all better for it.
