5 months, no gains. Any advice

5 months, no gains. Any advice

Whats up mates!

I come to you to ask for some advice - I know that the greatest minds regarding penis enlargement are here in this forum.

I have been doing PE for 5 months. No gains (except for some increase in girth due to the increased blood-flow).

I have not followed only one routine during this period but kept changing it constantly. I went from Bathmate super-sets to slow 10 min jelqs every other day (and everything in between)

I really need a routine to stick to. But I want to feel confident that It has worked for many before. It’s been 5 months with no gains guys.

The last 2 months I jelqed almost everyday and measured it yesterday. No change.

Please guys, of those of you who gained, can you please tell me which routine you used? I don’t want to use any equipment- only my hands and maybe a light ADS.

I would appreciate any help! I really need it. I think I`m a hard gainer and I don’t want to get discouraged.

Kind regards,

8

Did you schedule off days, or did you work out 7 days a week? Maybe you need to take a break, a few years ago I did the newbie routine 2 days on 1 off, and managed to go from 5.75in to 6in, as I recall it took me about 4 months.

Train_2007, I never did 7 days on. It was either 1on1 off or 5on2.

By the way, my size is 6” NBPEL and 5” EG

Same measurements as me, you might take a short break from PE and try a captains wench and use it as an ADS, I made one today and tried it briefly, odd sensation at first but I could get used to it. I’m no expert, hope this helps though. Good luck

I think that the problem is a combination of your shotgun approach and move to more advanced exercises before getting your newbie gains. I’m sure that you don’t want to hear this but I think you need to take a month or two off and start all over again. Put the pump away for a while and this time follow the newbie routine — it works.

From personal experience, the shotgun approach doesn’t work for most people. Your dick needs time to respond to a routine and it doesn’t get this when you constantly change up your routine. Start the newbie routine and stick with it for at least 3 months — during these months, you can gradually increase the time and intensity of the exercises if your PIs are good, but don’t add anything. Start with 1 day on / 2 days off; then build up to 1 day on / 1 day off; then build up to 2 days on / 1 day off. Personally, I don’t think that you should be at 5 on /2 off in your first few months of manual exercises (others will probably disagree with me on this, though). Only after at least 3 months with the newbie routine should you even think about changes.

Starting (May 2010): BPEL:6" EG: 4 7/8". Current (April 2011): BPEL: 6 3/4" EG: 5 1/4".

Short Term Goal: BPEL: 7" EG: 5.25" Long Term Goal: When my wife makes me stop or 8"x6" (whichever comes first)

roosterstretch good advice

Hi I noticed that there is few members that start PE and complain of no gains for 2 to 5 months with different routines of exercises maybe you guys are hard gainers or maybe that’s something wrong you guys do in common about PE like food or overstressed work or the thinking of a progressive gain over the months starting by the first one, I used an extender for 8 hours during a month and had no results but after a rest of 2 weeks I started the newbie routine followed by 4 hours of extender and then started to fast gain like 0.7cm in the last 2 weeks so I guess the body need a period of time to response to PE of course that changes from person to person mostly by age and hormone levels that’s what I think

I second what Rooster said about the newbie. I think that the stretches and the jelqes work hand in hand. I believe regardless of your method and routine you need something that pulls (manual stretches, hang, ads or extender) and something that encreases blood flow or girth (jelqing, pumping or clamping).

The newbie done properly and consistently with occasional decon breaks give us a chance to see how we individually respond to PE and gives us clues as to if or what meethods we add to our training.

I think your bathmate is doing exactly what your jelqing does and you need to add stretches to realize more girth and length.

Maybe take a week or two off and recommit to the true newbie and work back up to pumping.

I love my wifes booty. And want to stuff it with the biggest pipe I can grow!

Goal: 8x6

No mention of the warmup you use, duration of the warmup. No mention of positive or negative PI’s. You say you don’t want to use any equipment but you’re already using a pump. You say “everything in between” So you’ve done o-bends, v-stretches, bundled stretches, over and underhand jelqing, v-jelqing.

I think if the haphazard nature of your post reflects your approach to PE - then your problem is right there. Not trying to pick fault. Gains are all about consistency, methodology and knowledge.

Thank you for the advice guys. I will start doing a consistent newbie routine and will report back! Thanks!

What newbie routine has worked for you guys?

There’s only one warm up/ stretch/ jelq/ kegels/ warm down
