6 months no gains

Hello,my first thread so I’m new to this world of PE but I did 6 months of PE, the routine is JP90.

2 day on 1 off, and 0 gains. I did this careful with okay force on jelq and stretch I’m uncut I was carefully about turkey neck but I didn’t gain anything and I am disappointed about this, why I’m not gaining I have a calendar on my phone with what I would make after this break .I did 3 months JP90 after 1 week break I did another 3 months and add more warmup 10 min and 10 min warm down and more seconds to my stretch and after that I did 2 week break. I’m a hard gainer or what? My genetic is shitty? Whats the problem I don’t get it after this break I will add another 3 months and add more sets of stretch and more rep to jelq. Any answer will help me any advice will be good. PS sorry for my bad English in school and high school I didn’t so much English. I don’t have money and I don’t want to buy any pump or something because I stay with my mom. I’m doing this very care full I have all my life for this so I’m not overdoing, after routine sometimes I make edge for gains and premature ejaculation. And last thing I didn’t start directly I just found this forums and others and start reading, learning after some time 4-6 months I think I start my journey

Reading your post makes me feel disappointed for you too, sorry, let’s try and find what could work better for you.

Do you know of the term positive physiologal indicators?

If you don’t, maybe I can help you understand, I don’t have the best English either. How has your flaccid felt/evolved after you did your exercises?

For example, I know I had a good stretch done on my penis of it hangs lower for a period of time after I’ve done the stretch..

Do you edge, masturbate? If so, how often? Maybe it can overtire your penis if done too much.

I’ll try my best to help you sir, I really feel sorry for you and hope you’re going to get in the “gain zone”, which btw, feels like a “sweet spot”, especially as a newbie. Let’s see what we can do further on for you.

The classic Jp90 did not work for me too.

This is what worked:

Intensity-Vol: Stretch gently in every direction and when your flaccid can not go any further just hold it there for 60 secs.
Directions: Straight out + Down// Down left + Down Right // Left + Right// Straight out + UP// Up left+Up right
So its 2 directions pairs….. Meaning 1min in the one direction followed imediatelly by the 2nd direction without releasing the grip and then you release the grip and you go for the next pair.
Do all these directions X 3 times
Jelqing 10 minutes with very slow strokes

Use heat while you are doing the stretches. I am using a hair dryier pistol kepping it in a safe distance.

Thanks for help train spot, flaccid was hanging low after routine and about the edge/masturbate 1 time a week I think maybe 2.

Hello,guys I’m back I just did 6month JP90 and didn’t gain. I just need some help, some info how to gain some length. If you can help me to gain 1 inch length and give me some advices that will be amazing. I will try another 3 months of JP90 but I will add more 50 jelqs and 3 sets of stretch in all direction(1 stretch 1 minute).And 10 min warmup and 10 min warm down.

More advice’s guys?

What’s your routine ? Your frequency ?

Warm up 10 minute after stretch 30 secs in all 9 direction and do some circle stretch,150 jelqs 3seconds 1 jelq,10 warm down.Frequency:2days on 1 off

in my opinion but I do not tell you to listen to me but try to make jelqs of 5-10 seconds and do more stretchs and increase the number of jelqs or change your frequency 1ON/1off maybe

Yea I will try that,3 months and I will add 1 min stretch and more 50 jelq 5seconds
