Hey guys!
Well it’s been almost 4 months now.. Since June 12, and yet no dramatic changes..
I rested some more, and am about to write about my time off PE..
I still haven’t healed completely. After deciding to extend my resting period.
I was healing from 25August - 10 September, then I masturbated once to experiment the erection. Then I continued from 10 September - 17September, then I masturbated one more time. 17September - 27sept, and then from 27sept - Oct 5.
I interrupted my healing about 3-4 times last month, with checking my erection / masturbating /arousing myself. Still no changes to the Corpora Spongiosum! Nearly 4 months have passed since I over-trained on June 12.
The side muscles of the penis (Corpus Cavernosa) stay hard, but the bottom muscle of the penis- the spongy body (Corpora Spongiosum) stays soft during erection.
I was just thinking about the exercises I performed on the day I over-trained. I was suppose to go back and start from the newbie routine, because I had a 2 1/2 month break, but I resumed my intermediate routine which caused this over-training.
The exercises I done on that day, included applying pressure on the area below the head of the penis (the glans, it’s called I think). I’ve done Jelqs, and a few advanced jelqs. The advanced jelqs that I done included the exercise where you jelq normally until you reach the head of the penis and stop there for 5sec, and start flexing the PC muscle by pumping the blood in the penis. The other advanced jelq exercise was similar to the previous one, but you don’t flex the PC muscle in this one, you just jelq very slowly with good pressure until you reach the head and stop at the head for 5sec with some good pressure applied.
I still remember I had some very minor pain, pins & needles in the head area after the exercise, I stopped immediately and started the healing process. The pain has left in June, but the healing is not complete up to now..
I have also as I’ve already told you before, done one very easy PE session- ‘test session’ in middle of August or beginning of September, which increased all my erection quality dramatically just by doing some very simple things like the PC muscles and a few jelqs.
The bottom muscle(Spongy tissue) still stayed soft during erections regardless! Even though I had a MUCH improved erection after the ‘test session’ I still wasn’t happy, because it didn’t heal and I just boosted it temporarily or so to speak.
I was thinking about the exercises that I’ve done on my over-trained day, I think the reason the spongy tissue stays soft, is because of the exercises I performed in June which put a lot of pressure on the area below the head. This area is the exact area that is soft. The spongy tissue gets filled with blood starting from the base, but when it’s about to fill the area below the head it’s as if it leaks, and cannot fill the spongy tissue resulting it in being soft.
I also noticed a pattern in my erections/ morning wood during my healing. My erections still are harder while I sit down(I tend to watch porn to test my erection), the spongy tissue stayed unchanged since June during erections it’s always soft, but is filled with blood a little. I also get harder erections when my penis is ‘dry/empty’ after masturbation. When I am healing, I do have hard erections for a very short time, because it’s ‘full’ there is a lot of sperm. Overall the penis is fatigued and erections are not hard for too long, they get softer after a while.
Unless I do some PE exercises to boost my erection, such as PC exercises jelqs etc all this improves my erection drastically! If I don’t do any exercises, my penis is fatigued. My erections seem to last when I sit down. If I lie down or stand it doesn’t stay erect long.
I’m sorry for such a long post once again! I just wanted to give you a full month report, so you can help.
Some people said I should visit a specialist/urologist, but I’m slightly reluctant, but I think I have no choice. The only reason I started PE was to please my lady not only spiritually, but sexually/physically as well. I really love her. In case you forgot I am 19, I turn 20 next July.
I am very worried, since 4 months passed so far, and all I got was a temporary improvement in erection while penis is ‘dry’ and not ‘full’, as well as morning wood. My veins started to pop out, they usually pop out when I perform PE, but now they are out by themselves. Could I have possibly torn a capillary/bursted a blood vessel or something, which needs to heal or stop the leak or whatever?
Also when I do get some very hard erections, my penis has RARELY very rarely minor pins in the head, the pins usually happen when I have a rock hard erection, but the pins are rare.
The reason I can’t reach a full potential of my erection is because of the spongy tissue I think.
Also if I masturbate and ‘come’, I am able to ‘come’ again, but it takes longer to get the next HARD erection, about a 1 day. Before I could have one much earlier, I think this is the result of the over-trained session =(.
I don’t know if this would ever heal, I gave it so much time, I mean even if I do go to a specialist I don’t know if he would help. People did say it’s NOTHING EXTREMELY SERIOUS, but it’s so important I wanna be able to satisfy my lady later on, I don’t want to have ED.
I’m so upset, for the past 3-4 months. I mean I am able to get an erection, a hard one after a day of masturbation or after PE, but without that my penis is very fatigued and erection can’t last long or hard without PE. It is hard with PE, or 1-2 day(s) after masturbation.
