Is it possible to get gains with only jelqing?if so how long would it take?does muslce mass have anything to do with size of penis?I have a lot of extra skin around my penis base does this have anything to do with my size?and finally if I get thinner will my penis get bigger?thanks

The size of the fat pad or extra skin may give the appearance of being smaller than you really are. The same goes with losing weight, you will appear bigger. Its all visual, your penis hasn’t actually changed size yet, it just looks that way.

Jelqing will increase length and girth yes. I’ll let one of the guys weigh in on the amount of jelqs necessary.

But a jelqing only routine will work?

Depends on whose penis were talking about. Some people yes, others jelqing doesn’t work.

I personally had length gains but no girth gains from jelqing. I’m beginning to think it’s because I over trained in the beginning, but who knows.

On the other hand I only jelqed and stretched for 2 1/2 month then started to clamp.

Why do only jelqing? Stretching is an easier skill to learn in my opinion and requires no lube. Best advise is to simply give the newbie routine a try.

If you have a serious belly or pudg going I would work on that. Not only will will your penis magically become longer as you trim off the fat down there but you will feel better about your self and be healthier to boot.

500 is too much for a beginner

I stepped it up to 300 and got a negative reaction

Start slow and work your way up

So I should start with bout 200 a day .Then work my way up.

You should start here then worry about increasing later.
