Advice for a new beginning

2 years ago, after 4 or 5 months of the beginners routine, I had used a penimaster pro. After a couple of months I did something wrong and I got a blister. I tried again and again another blister. Perhaps not fully recovered. I did not like the gel they sell to put on the glands.

After some time I started again with a noose based extender. The glands would sometime go black within 1h. I want to avoid that.

After researching in this forum I learned to approach this better.
Noose-Style Extender Gains (p. 2) I learned from LG I was using the vacuum wrong.
Extender and constant heat I learned to use a heating pad.
I learned I should listen to what I feel more than what I want to feel.

I want to:
* buy a new vacuum based extender
* buy a heating pad
* buy some powder for the glans

My question for the community:
* what kind of vacuum based extender can you recommend? I had my eyes on the phallosan forte. Many here are not satisfied. Most talk about the strap based. The PF extender could be different.

I will ask about how to help my glans in the vacuum after buying the new extender. I do not want blisters any more now that I am fully recovered and did the beginners routine again.

I would recommend monkey bars vac extender. Which can be found at autoextender.com. I don’t have his extender but I do have his hanger and xleeve. As far as blisters on the glans the best thing I know of is microfoam tape. I’m sure a few others will comment with suggestions. Just look at all the options and see what’s best for you.

I wonder why it is so inexpensive compared to LG, phallosan and others. Why do you recommend it?

I will buy tape too. I had the idea of "looking at it" during the routine to see blisters if any. It’s why I was looking for a transparent vacuum cylinder. Your idea is better.

Word of caution agrees

Best penis extender/stretcher 2018 most prefer penimaster which I dislike for their gel, impossible to clean. Second best is phallosan but community reviews are against it.

Progress pics with vacuum extender is what I had in mind

I don’t really know why it’s less expensive. If I had to guess it’s because monkey bar isn’t marking up the price outrageously. It’s also a self made business. Only reason I’m recommending it is because his other products are good. It seems like he’s kinda like me in the regard that he wants the experience to be as comfortable as possible. I’ve never tried LG mainly just because I found autoextender.com first. I’m sure the LG products are good too I’ve seen many people recommend them as well.

Some people suggest to help the glans slowly adapt to the vacuum. How does tape help?

Why does tape work against blisters?

I don’t know the science of it but I’m guessing it’s protecting the skin from the vacuum and the weight. I hung without tape for the first couple months and it was fine until I got to about 6lbs. Then my head started to look really beat up. The tape solved that. Another thing is the constant vacuum on the head dries out the skin. It almost feels like sandpaper, which I’m sure wouldn’t feel good for a partner. I guess it’s pulling moisture out. I started using a no fragrance moisturizer with vitamin E. It helps tremendously. This is coming from someone who pretty much has some sort of vacuum on the glans pretty much all day between hanging and ads.

The type of tape matters. It has to be neofoam tape. Not neoprene. The latter is a huge pain to take off. I have seen some people use it but for me neofoam is much better.

Makes sense. I will buy a neofoam tape. I had never heard of it.
You are hanging. Can I go straight into vacuum hanging, instead of using a vacuum extender first, slowly on weight?

Yeah I would think so. Start low. Maybe 2.5lbs and see how it feels.

Do you still recommend autoextender. Com hanger? LG hanger? These are the two most comfortable. This is what the other users say. What is the use of the sleeve? Is it to keep it warm? I thought about getting a heating pad

I honestly don’t use the sleeve. I’m not sure what it’s for honestly either but I know it was explained somewhere in the review thread. I’m sure it would create a better seal for high weight though. I like using an IR lamp for constant heat. It helps keep my hands free. As far as which one to buy that’s up to you. I don’t have any experience with the LG hanger. I’ve heard it’s good though. The one from autoextender.com works good enough for me to not spend the money to try the other one.

So I just noticed I made a mistake. The correct tape is microfoam. Neofoam isn’t a thing haha.

What kind of IR lamp do you have? This morning I got a 100w. It does not heat at all! Does 150 work any better? I can’t find a small heating pad they are all too big

I use a 250 watt ir lamp, but that isn’t really recommended. 150 should be enough. I guess it really depends on how far away you position it.

Do you use protection glasses? As an alternative what about ? Heated eye masks. They look like small heating pads. They can reach 140F.
