Vacuum Hanging 2019: thoughtfulgold

Word of caution

I always advise guys to use some glans protection. Whether it’s the tender tape, micro-foam tape, glans cap or anything else. Even if you’ve developed a great amount of conditioning on your glans skin, you are still susceptible to a blister if your penis skin gets sucked into the vacuum port hole. If you don’t want to wrap, then I suggest a piece of gauze or a thin section of sponge at the bottom of your chamber to keep glans skin from being sucked into the vacuum port hole.

I’ve noticed some posts about weight hanging pump chambers. While designing the LG Hanger we experimented with a variety of chamber depths, and found that increasing the depth beyond the 2 1/4” - 2 1/2” mark provided no benefit. In fact any deeper actually became detrimental to getting a full shaft stretch. Ideally you want the connection / attachment to come from directly behind the glans on the shaft. If the chamber is the full length of your penis it really becomes nothing more than a penis pump and attaching weight to the end only increases the vacuum pressure inside the chamber, and you won’t get a full shaft stretch.

You can verify this for yourself with a little test….. take any penis pump chamber, install it and draw out vacuum. Let’s say you draw out 10 hg’s of vacuum pressure and the needle is static on the hand pump gauge. Now grab hold of the end of your penis pump chamber with one hand and pull on it and watch the Hg’s on the gauge spike. The harder you pull the higher the vacuum pressure climbs. Which really simulates what would happen if you attach weight to the end of your chamber. Ultimately you are not getting a full shaft pull and you’re only promoting the possibility of creating a blister with excessive vacuum pressure.

Academically I know this. But, as the guy who tries iy first and reads instructions after a disaster probably would have gotten a Darwin-style reminder. I’ll look into it and see if I have foam tape or sponge to secure the port with. Thanks for the tip.

See, I thought that myself. I used to milk my tube during my high pressure experiment period. But I also only found base tug occurred which, for hanging, isn’t as efficient as entire shaft stretch.

That said, I pointed out the device because it does add another way to hang weight for the end user and it is another market competitor even if not the most efficient in its class.

I’m following your thread with a lot of interest. I have a feeling the LG is better suited to my routine. I’ve done my mixed hanging, girth maintenance routine with the bib but I’m finding it less comfortable these days. I also made the mistake of getting a bib starter which I’ve grown out of girth wise.

LG Hangar Round #2: Trial and Error

This session is done using my new kneeling chair. https://www.ama … /dp/B0792SWFGL/

I theorized it would allow the weights to hang in the middle and allow me to be seated in a natural enough posture to use my computer and game and whatnot. My prediction hath come true. The chair, with my weight galley, has a few inches clearance from the ground. So…if I gain too much I’ll need a new method but should be set for at least the next six months lol.

Session Notes

1. I pretty much did some random edging for about 20 minutes

2. After I put my chair together strapped into the hangar with the same 3.75lbs then sat on the kneeling chair for about 50 minutes.

3. At the 50 minute mark it occurred to me to test the bundle ears addition and see if I could twist my penis in the hangar and it stay twisted in my current posture on the chair. Two full turns clockwise and the bundle arms rest gently on my calfs, either atop or the side. It is clearly stable enough to stay in position.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

4. After removing the hangar and getting a quick erection for circulation performed some heavyweight stretching like in this routine here: Heavyweight Stretching- (When I can’t or won’t hang that day)

5. After performing stretching exercises used a silicone ring cut from one of my harder sleeves as a stayer at the base of my cock for 30 minutes to an hour. Shown here: LG Hangar Round #2: Uncensored

*5b. I did sleep with a stayer on like so: Cheap Winning Stayer Concept and this is not recommended. I’m just a PE daredevik. (yes it is the next post under my prior stayer concept)

6. Routine is completed

Other Notes

1. Heat source will need to be changed. My current pet lamp setup sits too far back to provide heat to the seated hanging penis between my legs on the kneeling chair. Bringing it closer without a guard is not safe and I’m not risking another glans burn. Will contemplate more ambient heat sources.

2. The heavyweight stretching and stayer ideas are direct advice of LG Hanger. I’m going to do this pretty much verbatim the first 6 months or so just to give it a fair shake before I do too much excessive modification of how the device is meant to be used and suggested to be used.

3. Post hanging session there was some definite lasting size increase in the length of the glans. It just was clearly fuller and a touch longer. Not quite 2.25" but that is definitely in the cards. I wish my glans width would increase along with it but the chamber is fit properly. An oversize one would be issues I don’t want. I’ll have to wait till I grow more to change the size of this vacuum chamber.

4. The kneeling chair works well. The clearance is only a few inches but I have a longer flaccid than some and also am not as heavy as some people. If you have thicker thighs you will sit higher on this chair and afford yourself more clearance. Or you could sit on a phone book, heaven knows no one is reading them lol.

5. Overall, my hanging endeavor should be predictable and repeatable night after night. One session if not two per day. I am fully capable in every capacity except a heat source and I think my usage of the device is solid at least for now. I will work on a glans covering or a coverage of the air port in the vacuum chamber but overall I am content where it is.

LG Hangar Round #3: 1 and 1/8th turn

Session Notes

1. I edged while wearing my stayer, off and on for an hour. A normal warmup for me. Also note subliminal is playing in background, mindofwinner is blasting visual subliminals at me also during this time with me sitting at the computer.

2. I strapped into the hangar using 7.5HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 5lbs for today’s weight and turned the hangar 1 and 1/8th turns clockwise and began the session. Notable warmth in shaft for session. Attributed to the twisting nature of the bundle arms.

**Note, hung for 54 minutes. Felt a tingle that felt like an upcoming blister and disengaged.

1. The reason for the extra 1/8th turn is that it rests against a calf and won’t undo without diffusing any of the weight. If I turn it precisely one turn the bundle arms rest on the back of my calves slightly, which while it doesn’t take away much weight is still messing with weight and time under tension calculations.

2. The results of the heavyweight stretching and stayer ideas from LG Hanger have changed my mind on the use of stayers in general. I’m sold and they ain’t a costly thing to have around, either. If you’ve got broccoli bands or other things you can make stayers out of a LOT of things.

3. Glans size has been a goal for me for a long time. I love the way the chamber forces my glans to fill it. It truly gives me hope that significant size change in the glans itself will occur with the rest of the enlargement I’m working on with the LG.

4. The kneeling chair works well. I have bad knees and the kneeling, while slightly difficult, is increasing my flexibility and likely reducing my pain from day to day. I think this chair has some good place in my life and that hanging 2 hours daily may be healthy lol.

5. This session was done in the afternoon as I have a date later and won’t be hanging during the night. Me concluding early I will showcase the swelling spots I got that I think would have blistered here: (later)

6. Flaccid length was 7.25” Bone Pressed at peak post workout. Girth remains at a 6” flat and stayer was applied.

So as of last night I have put my first couple of hours into extending under full tension with the vac head and as you are also observing, I am learning that attention to blister control is of high importance.

Well first things first. Share. I mean I’ve done a ton of vacuum stuff. My first vacuum head experience was the auto Xsleeve offered by monkeybar, which I just got a new sleeve for in case I want to use it again. After I find my compression shorts, again.

My experience is that there is some numbness if you are using weight. If you want to avoid it, tension on the end of the glans is pretty much the least likely way. Avoiding it, which I have, is difficult. It requires really short durations, like 20 minutes. Or you to only use a silicone sleeve and no glans attachment at all. My “winning stayer” concept that appeared in my photo log yesterday or the day before keeps the glans and penis warm and doesn’t cause numbness. But the soft sleeve is very weak, prone to tearing and not good for holding tension with an object. I think it shines for stayer purposes personally.

Vac head extending, in my opinion is less numbness than the noose. For the very few times I got my vac head to work (he had a more finicky version prior to the ones he’s selling now, it has seen several modifications) I thought it was preferable to the noose when I was comparing side by side. This may not be your experience but I figured I’d buzz you with my thoughts on the matter.

Share more thoughts on your ongoing vacuum adventure. I knew it was either going to be the Peni-Master Pro head or the autoextender (cuz the market is narrow) and usually monkeybar wins on price. LG Hangar Round #4: 5/8th turn

Session Notes

2. I strapped into the hangar using 7.5HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 5lbs for today’s weight and turned the hangar 5/8th turns clockwise and began the session. Less notable warmth in shaft for session compared to Round #3. Less twisting, less burn. Logically follows. But as I move and the bundle undoes, it becomes hard to tell exactly how many turns I have and I err on the side of an extra half turn.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum. This took between 8 and 11 mintues.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my trusty silicone half a sleeve as a stayer, returning it to position and going to bed.

5. Routine is completed

1. Turning the hangar for bundling will likely require a chair modification. I will screw a bracket towards the middle of the knee cushion. That way the bundle arms will have to hit it and stay in place and stop undoing. I do not want to adjust my posture for my legs to hold the bundle arms in place. A kneeling chair is sort of tricky to sit in as is, I don’t need to add additional elements to it.

2. I spent the night with a lady yesterday and had sex for hours. I wasn’t sure I would be able to do this session but I’ve basically been raring to go all day. Adult chores after getting home took precedence but my late night hanging hour remains intact. So, I guess this makes a 4 day streak!

3. Glans size, when I get erect and squeeze the shaft to fully engorge, has been really serious. It is cusping the 2.25” length mark and I can see more inflation.

4. I like the chair. But I know a love/hate relationship with it is bound to form. Still loving it, still sort of uncomfortable but less so than yesterday.

5. Flaccid length remains 7.25” Bone Pressed post workout in the stayer. Flaccid girth not noted for this session.

LG Hangar Round #5: Staying consistent

Session Notes

*Prior to this session I used my Xsleeve system with the 9oz weight and a soft sleeve for 5 hours, this was 7-12 hours prior to this session. I noted mild distension in length of the glans, common with the use of the system.

1. I edged for about 45 minutes. No stayer was used.

2. I strapped into the hangar using 7.5HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 5lbs for today’s weight and turned the hangar 5/8th turns clockwise and began the session. I made a specific mental note of the locaion of the pump port to keep my orientation straight of how many rotations I did.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum. This took between 8 and 11 mintues.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my trusty silicone half a sleeve as a stayer, returning it to position and attempting to take a nap.

5. Routine is completed

1. I am reluctant to modify the chair. It’s a mixture of laziness and trying not to ‘fix what ain’t broke’ because I do successfully hang bundled as is. Just not to maximum convenience. The fact I spent about $70 in wood and parts as well as several trips to get the wood specs cut properly to build the seated setup that came before this $108 kneeling chair is not lost on me either. I overdo things. So I’m trying to dial it back. Maybe it’s working.

2. Current hanging streak is the same as the number of the entries. I know that won’t be the same forever but…so far, so good.

3. Erections seem straighter since I’ve started hanging. I attribute it to fighting my leftward curve by turning clockwise. I will continue to do this.

4. I feel a dull ache in the knees but my moving around in extreme cold while walking or climbing stairs is not characterized by extreme pain. So, maybe something to this?

Are you saying that the vacuum hanging is what the Peni-Master Pro does ?? I do have it (with the hanging addons/complete set) but I never saw a gauge with HGs like I have on my pumps. I thought that vacuum hanging was putting your unit into a tube and then, pumping it a bit and then hanging.

But if I understand correctly now its actually just using a vacuum connector on your glans and hanging instead of classic hanging where the weights are strapped to your shaft ? Is that correct ? If so I could give it a try as well once in a while (I think I have up to 5pounds with the PMP kit).
