Really interesting log, I’m really enjoying it.

This might be of interest to you, maybe not but thought I would add. A long time ago I used a red sleeve from monkey bar with the hanging vac and used 8 golf weights (I think) and used this as an ADS for hours at a time. Now the big thing I noticed was a change in shape and a larger head that I’m convinced has stayed to this day.

My original glans shape change came from the Xsleeve and use of his standard weights. Golf weights may be worth trying next.

What size weights?
Are they a particular shape?
Did your glans get longer or both longer and wider?
By how much, would you say? (proportions or numbers are good here)

Great thread! I’ve been in the LG hanger about 7 months now and love it. I’m currently at 17lbs and do a 30 minute hang, then remove hanger and rest 15 minutes with light jelqs and manual stretching, then go for a straight hour (or as long as I can handle if I can’t make it the whole hour because the fatigue is so intense). So far I’ve never pumped more than 10HG and I believe that’s the key reason I’ve never had a blister. And after the hang session I’ll typically do a 20 minute erect bathmate session to finish it out.

I’m glad you like it! Bodes well for me. I enjoy strapping into it, as it’s not dififcult or nuanced like the Bib with wrap, blood shoulder, and angles. I mean I like things simple even if I’ve been at PE forever.

LG Hangar 14: Added small heating pad wrapped around base/Night Run

Special note:

I spent the day edging and being lazy. I delayed a sexual encounter which wasted a good day run and a chance to preserve some really nice post session temp gains I got from clamping last night. Stayer wear isn’t enough sometimes.

Also in this session I feature a new device. I added a small wrist wrap size heating pad to wrap around the base of my penis. It is the hopes that it warms the ligaments and shaft, coaxing greater flexibility, pliability and ultimately stretchability.

Session Notes

1. I edged 7-10 minutes. No stayer was used. EQ trouble noted, still. But that was a day of edging.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 11HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and the weight hung without being turned or bundled today. I primed the cylinder several times, trying to make sure I had a good seal.

After attaching the hangar but before attaching the weight I used my heating pad. I wrapped it around the base of my penis, secured it with a rubber band and plugged it into my battery.

I recalled him using it and asked him for this link. So far…so good. But it doesn’t have a power switch or AC power. Just a small pad with a USB in plug. So I power it with one of my loose USB batteries. I suspect it was designed to be used at a laptop computer wrapped around the wrist of a typist.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 8 minute clamping session

4. After performing stretching exercises used my gold soft silicone band as a stayer for….roughly 4 hours. Took it off after waking.

5. Routine is completed

Other Notes

1. A goal I have is to do my day runs with stretching at the end of the session and my night runs with clamping at the end. With the level of EQ issues I’ve induced for the day I will skip clamping and do stretching but…I will fix this.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. I originally wasn’t going to do my night run and skip an entire day but I didn’t want to. My EQ issues actually mended from last night then I induced more by excessive edging today because I was in the mood for sex I did not get to have due to other factors.

3. I put it off but did plenty of cleaning and laundry earlier today. It’s enough to entertain but I will likely visit her instead. I’m leaning back in the chair at the proper angle now. My knees did not protest excessively after I slept off my folly last night but I’m not looking to repeat it.

4. My plan for the time being is to work at 7.5lbs for the foreseeable future. Which, for me, is at least a week. So there will be at least 10-12 more sets at this weight before I even consider 8.75lbs.

5. Glans was uniformly distended very firmly at the end of this session with mild discoloration that was gone upon erection. No losses in sensation. No other untoward effects.

6. The heating pad eats through my smaller battery. I have a larger one I foolishly left in the car and if I plug it in to charge, it will not give power while charging. This battery is just weird that way.

Morning/Evening After Notes

1. A lot of post session gains persisted when I got up. Sex later today was fantastic and there were physical differences experienced by me and my partner. She was much tighter for me (which was unexpected) and she had to relearn oral sex with me because it gave her trouble anew.

LG Hangar 15: Heat element has a hot spot

Special note:

The heating element has a single hotspot that provides most of the heat. Direct contact with it is just past the bearable point so I had to use some tender tape and put a few layers around it to tone down the heat contact and discomfort. But a wrap around or two of the tape with a fold in it seems to be the trick for me.

Session Notes

1. I edged 40-50 minutes. Stayer was used. Additionally, 5 minutes of clamping prior to hanging was performed.

I primed the cylinder several times, trying to make sure I had a good seal. When I first strapped it on, it wouldn’t seal. Which allowed me to pump continuously to prime myself without having to use the pressure release. While that isn’t the design of the cylinder it was mildly productive.

After attaching the hangar but before attaching the weight I used my heating pad. I wrapped it around the base of my penis, secured it with a rubber band and plugged it into my battery. I also have a strip of Tender Tape around the hotspot of the element so that the direct contact isn’t painful but can still be felt. A sock is too thick but nothing is too little.

1. I felt a popping sensation, like I lost my seal about 10 minutes into the workout. I checked and the seal was unbroken and I was still holding weight perfectly. Then, I realized the corona had expanded and popped downward in the cylinder, leaving it and resting on the edge of the opening. There was no more space inside of the cup shaped cylinder for it. I’ve noticed a far more pronounced Corona ridge after using this device and my current partner remarked on that unprompted yesterday and I suspect this is why.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. I may add one or two more sessions today to make up for the two I missed earlier this week. Debating this.

3. Chair is creaky. It’s cheap wood and made in China. If it gets rickety I’ll go with a quality chair as I am putting hours in on this chair and the chair now is a PE tool, which changes its budget and priority.

4. My plan for the time being is to work at 7.5lbs for the foreseeable future. So I will set up an analysis session of 8.75lbs when I reach session 25.

5. I plan on mixing in some high pressure pumping 2 days a week. Skipping hanging sessions on the days in question perhaps. I theorize I may be able to weaken the structures to be more malleable for hanging purposes. This is part of the Magnum Opus concept of this hanging endeavor.

6. The heating pad is assigned to my larger battery, that way I can get both sessions off of one charge. Additionally, after bandaging the hot spot of the pad I assigned it to the left side close to the concave area of my curve. Hopefully the directed heat will get that precise tissue more pliable, enough to be straighter over time with the stress of hanging weights.

Morning/Evening After Notes

1. The temp gains post clamping seem greater with 5 minutes before and after hang session. I can still stretch prior to clamping so I think we are maximizing efficiency.

2. Masturbation kills post session temp gains, especially if done twice.

I’m thinking Sunday. And with that, change it to 10 hours per week hanging. Then day run pumping Monday and Thursday with night run hanging those days and night and day hanging on the others.

This sets up 10 sessions hanging per week. Spreads out my pumping and gives a rest day weekly. May change it to Saturday. Who knows?

Did you ever consider clamping over pumping? If so, what was your conclusion?

Yes.

To do both. That clamping offers short term immediate stretch and fatigue from within but longer term fatigue of the tissue can be had from pumping even just a little while at high pressures. Hence running just a few minutes of clamping in my sessions now.

Took an extra day off. Just couldn’t manage it any better.

Session Notes

Other Notes

1. The current diameter cylinder I am using doesn’t account for my corona and it’s clear, early on in a session, that it will find its way to the outside of the cylinder. That gives it a very significant upward flare which I’m sure is going to be a useful anatomical tool. An unintended but quite useful consequence. I don’t know how long it will take to get a larger cylinder but taking advantage of this side effect will be something I can do until then just by the nature of the cylinder interaction with my glans.

2. First hanging streak finally broken. Two days off were taken. First run of first day back. No current streak to speak of.

3. Chair is crappy. The knee cushion is really beat down now and I’m not feeling good about that. I don’t want to spend $400+ on a real chair but that may be a significant concern soon. My PE record is spiralling again. I don’t want to clock another car worth the spending.

4. I originally wanted to go to 8.75lbs next week but with surgery coming up, I’ll probably lose a week of hanging time (maybe more, maybe less just remains to be seen) and moving into a higher weight in the face of a break is probably not a great move. I’ll try it and slide back to 7.5lbs to avoid retarding progress but am prepared to start at 5lbs again.

5. I am nixing high pressure pumping at this point. Either I will have to stage into my 2” for the warmup concept I want or I will have to cut it out completely. Preliminary experiments were not encouraging. Will make more attempts at keeping last year’s training useful as I originally planned but the best laid plans do not survive first contact.

6. Girth Bands from LG Hangar arrived. They do seem to supercharge my clamping sessions. More in a review on them later. There are multiple purposes for them in aiding in stopping post session retraction which is their main selling point or as a secondary aid to adding pressure and a cushion while clamping (which is an incidental but still very useful purpose.) or as a good old fashioned ‘stayer’ to keep post session girth there as long as possible. Pictures and a review are coming soon on them, as they are a standalone device that definitely doesn’t need the hangar to work and are a lot cheaper as a device than many other things on the market.

Girth Bands: Why I like them and how they compare to my previous Stayer systems.

I purchased some glans bands from LG Hangar recently and figured I would touch on them here. Marlon from LG Hangar was insistent that these would be something next level for me to try along with his hangar and because I’m making a project of the Hangar I figured I would give these a try as well since I did recently go back to using stayers as a practice just a few weeks ago.

First things first, the “Stayer” market is getting crowded. Pretty much all of it is silicone somewhere. Reason being only silicone tends to be bearable for long durations of wear. From silicone cock sleeve ADS devices to silicone cock rings to silicone sealing sleeves for an ADS or just standalone sleeves…it’s usually silicone. In this respect, it isn’t much different. LG uses a proprietary silicone that is tough. Like, super tough, but…sorta soft. Let me expand on this.

For silicone to be soft it needs a certain level of give to it. Honestly, I’m not a materials engineer and my subjective view is going to be tainted by the fact that 1.25” inner diameter isn’t going to comfortably fit my base very well at all because of geometry. So my interpretation of the comfort of the girth band isn’t going to be as relatable as some other guys who will be able to pick a size more closely matching their flaccid size than me who picked the largest available to make some use out of, regardless of how it fits.

The construction of the Girth Bands LG makes is really a mixture of silicone sleeve, silicone cock ring and an ADS all in one. The two rings on the end add rigidity that aids in keeping the band from slipping (a frequent issue with some softer silicone sleeves that I use as a stayer) and because they won’t slip or roll back up like sleeves will, a girth band will fight to let the penis retract post session. So you’ll retain your post session temporary length gains longer or aid in cementing length gains. Which, I suspect was his primary purpose in the invention of the devices in all honesty.

You can also just use them as a simple stayer device. Which is what most people doing All Day Cock ring with silicone rings are doing. I think these are more rugged than the typical silicone cock ring. Which, since there are pictures of this silicone being stretched around a baseball and mangled by fingernails but not tearing, the bands are more than rugged. I like these for a stayer and since they don’t tear I don’t have the continuous expense of getting more sleeves as I wear my old ones out.

The rigidity lets you wear them in tandem with each other. So, you can wear two, three or four of them and fully elongate your penis while flaccid. Which, if the bands are sized correctly wouldn’t be uncomfortable and would keep you fully extended much like an ADS. That, isn’t the most common use for these and is more or less a novelty you can try once you get your set of 3 girth bands. They come in 4 sizes, the largest being 1.25” in diameter and the smallest being .75” in diameter so you select that and you’ll get 3 of them. Size them based on your flaccid size as you will get the most use out of them that way, because they will stretch for your erection in any event.

Personally, I get the most use out of just one. I use it to clamp with then as a stayer/anti-retraction device post hanging. But…given you get three you can use them to constrict target areas of the penis and while edging (which I do with a stayer on sometimes) and the bands maintain their integrity through clamping with no sign of wear so…they’re versatile and useful. I wouldn’t call them mandatory but a step forward compared to many of the other ‘stayers’ on the market, likely so in my opinion.

TG, do you think that I could have such good vacuum hanging sessions with my PMP complete set or I should consider the LG hanger as well ?

I do not know as I haven’t used the PMP.

BUT my understanding of the design does say it isn’t for much weight. It produces tension in the 4200 gram range. So going to 10lbs or more which hangars always do would be outside of design spec and you would need an actual hangar.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us.

Regarding your choice of “straight out”, could you elaborate on that a bit?

I’ve recently started to hang for a few hours a day with low weights < 1kg using the same vacuum cup which I use with my extender. The difference is that I’m standing at my stand-desk and so it goes straight down, compared to straight-out with my extender. It feels completely different and so I’m wondering about the effectiveness of each.
