Yes. The smaller chamber was uncomfortably tight after my glans had grown. So it is a non-starter for me now, as it literally just doesn’t offer the space I need. And it being so snug and a miracle is the only reason I did not get a hangar port blister before. I won’t be going back to the smaller chamber. Just a poor move for me.

2) In the smaller chamber, did the pull “feel” cleaner? Or put a better way, in the new larger chamber, does the pull feel more like it was tugging on foreskin and irritating to that area? … Take your old chamber for a spin now that you’ve got some more experience.
My pull perception is that it grabbed the glans and pulled it, resulting in some shaft tension that translated linearly.
The larger chamber seems to really get the traction around the shaft beneath the glans and the tension there pulls linearly AND outward on the shaft tissues causing mild expansion.
Your use of a “cleaner” pull as a term I don’t understand.

I say this because I’m in the opposite position you were in - I have a bell that I think is too big. My head could never swell to fit this puppy. Consequently, I have to wrap or the head feels like it will explode. I’d love to try a chamber that fit me like your first chamber fit you.
You have a bell that you aren’t comfortable in. Part of the reason i prefer the bell I’m using is because my glans naturally expands a lot and use of this size bell will continue my glans size goals over time. However, everyone isn’t going to be comfortable with this level of pressure on the glans and I can’t recommend anything I do for anyone else because our anatomies will differ.

I would have figured the best way to make a successful vac hanger device is to: Get the bell as conformed as possible to the exact dimensions of the penis in the erect state or maybe a tad larger.
I am unsure what his sizing vision is. I don’t know how much larger than the glans he designs it to be or optimally it should be. Additionally, it is done from erect measurements while used flaccid and some people have a glans that is smaller flaccid than others proportionally. I don’t think there’s a good ‘best’ way that makes a 1 size fit all solution that is going to be rock solid no matter your customer.

Then, hang without any wrap protection because you won’t need it (maybe with just a piece of cut band-aid tape over the urethra / air port). This design, I would think, should distribute the load over the greatest surface area structure and thus achieve a most comfortable fit. Also, the foreskin won’t have any place to swell.
Foreskin swelling hasn’t been an issue for me in either cylinder. So I can’t speak to every user having that issue. Further, what observations I’ve made of users logging time with the LG Hangar…it isn’t a common complaint. More of the perspective of each user and unique anatomies at play again, I would assume. I’m sure, if it is an issue for you that you are well-aware of it and why but I don’t know that LG could accommodate all possible complaints into a perfect design. Kind of makes me throw my hands up because I’m not sure how I could advise you since you’re experiencing issues that I have not.

This is why I’m surprised that you’ve taken so well to your new larger chamber.
Perspective, usage and intention are big. You are looking for simplicity and comfort. I had complex reasons why I selected the LG Hangar and also was prepared to accept discomfort if it happened. I mean it’s an approach and expectation difference as well as anatomical and experience difference.
I just don’t know what else to say that can be helpful.
