Use Pantyhose

Ok, stick with me here. Raid an old pair of your girl’s pantyhose and cut the leg and foot off. Start wrapping just behind the glans with the piece from the leg and wind down towards the base while in a stretched mode. Secure the wrapping at the base with a silicone cock ring or even a loop of tape. This provides retraction resistance, is insanely breathable and comfortable, and with all the skin tone colors available it is as stealth as possible. Adds a nice bulge too.

Sounds like a good DIY not gonna lie. If I was not working with a DIY and gonna try what LG is offering I would try yours just to compare.

Session Notes

1. I edged 25 minutes. No stayer was used.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 10HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and the weight hung without being turned or bundled today. I primed the cylinder several times, trying to make sure I had a good seal.

Session was 60+ minutes. Counted as one hour.

3. After removing the hangar I performed hardcore stretches and some fulcrum erect bends, using my forearm as a fulcrum with other miscellaneous stretches. This took between 7 and 11 mintues, as I would stop and get erect then stretch again or work flaccid for a while.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my gold soft silicone band as a stayer for….roughly 5 hours. Took it off after waking up

5. Routine is completed

Other Notes

1. Sitting on the gel pillow has perks. It is solid enough to sit forward a bit and get a very good hang seated.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. I felt compelled to work out tonight.

3. I’ve been looking at modifying the chair for bundling and have found zero spare materials. Probably gonna go with a small piece of scrap pipe (which I threw out so I’ll have to buy anew) and a couple straps.

4. This session fatigue set in at some point early. Not noted, session was done groggy.

Additionally, this fatigue and pressure on the glans feels very uniform today. I feel I am mastering the system.

5. Glans was uniformly distended to contours of vacuum chamber. After erection was clearly showing excess erect inflation of glans without edema. Glans length is 2.25” with 2.125” width at this point and could be counted as permanent. Will monitor.

Sets are an hour. Buck asked too so it’s not notated well enough. Will fix this.

Uniform pressure also causes uniform glans expansion. Pretty sure it’s legitimately longer now. I’m ecstatic. But I may need to get my chamber enlarged sooner than expected.

LG Hangar Round 12: Getting in the groove

I look forward to my hanging sessions. In the morning I will do my internet business stuff. At night I will game while hanging. And…the actual process is pretty comfortable compared to some of the other PE I’ve done in my career. So putting hours in is not a foreseeable issue.

Session Notes

1. Sitting on the gel pillow has drawbacks. It is hard when continuously sat on. The pillow is designed for use under a head, not a butt. I didn’t buy a seat cushion.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. I felt compelled to work out this morning, even though I have things to do. I am being responsible but I’m also making time for PE. I usually did not ‘make’ time for PE. I would fit it in my schedule or set aside time ahead of time. Today, I woke up and blew time on the phone and oversleeping and decided with what limited time I had left that I had to get my hour of hanging in. Simple as that.

3. May make the time to modify the chair tomorrow. Still just doing what I can with what I have, which is going well.

4. The fatigue is a bit light feeling, or I’m accustomed to it. I recognize this feeling from my prior hanging attempts. This is when I would falsely assume I’ve adjusted too soon and add too much more weight too fast. I had 14lbs slide off of my cock in a Bib hanger during my 5th week. So, my ability to judge was impaired then and isn’t super great now. I’m going to err on the side of caution and just bundle for more tension and tissue deformation, when I do my chair modification.

5. Glans has been uniformly distended to contours of vacuum chamber for the last couple sessions. I think the higher chamber pressure of 10-12HG may be best for this. Just my experience. I have ordered a silicone glans protector cap. I wonder if that will affect this.

That seems like a real big deal to me. Because extending with the noose and perhaps even with the comfort strap tends to collapse the tissues of the glans, I’ve had it in my mind that vacuum extending might counter this and this observation suggests that it could.

Pumping and usage of the Xsleeve definitely changed the shape of my glans. It’s just been years since I’ve had positive glans expansion. So I’m ecstatic. But this behavior is typical of any extended wear vacuum glans attachment system. I saw it in my vac extender and Phallosan as well.

This has predictable glans expansion once the tension is added. Your glans shifts a bit in the cylinder once weight is added and that displaced space forces and increased negative pressure acts on the tip of the glans. Too much will cause a blister. But anything below that is a glans workout in itself. I literally wanted to try this for that aspect alone. Length and girth are 200% more good use for it.

I’ll post pictures of post and after inflation of the glans today. I took some cuz I liked the distension I saw last night and this morning post sessions.

You will. My use of High Pressure Pumping was partially to prepare for this. I had the option of trying the LG last year but I opted to high pressure pump as the system cost less to start up (though that changed as time went on) and the conditioning was sure to prepare me for vacuum hanging which is high pressure on the glans as well.

That said, the autoxsleeve has similar patterns of tingling and sensitivity when you first start out and I’ve used it for years. So those and my regular pumping have been more than adequate conditioning.

My suggestion is to reduce pressure and focus on wear times and getting used to it, if you can.

Hopefully I articulated that in a way that makes sense?

The goal is ultimately to pull the same level of vacuum. Set your baseline.

To do this:

Try a few different levels of vacuum to attach the vac head before settling but settle on one ultimately.

Adjust the tension in the extender springs down. Keep it at the same low tension for the time being. This way you have a consistent tension to compare the different vacuum levels comfort.

Additionally set your in cycle times for 30 minutes. That’s a time you will easily accomplish and see what discomfort develops. Do not up your times until you are only using one or two vacuum head attachment settings. This way you can actually condition to a specific vacuum level for the extended duration you’ll need.

This way you isolate variables one at a time and you can make an informed decision about the Hg level you ultimately want to pull for the vac head and have a stable habit to use when you up the tension in the extender again.

Great thread, my vac hanger should arrive Friday. Ive been using a silicone suction cup with a hook on the end that was part of an ADS to hang 3lbs 10 min/day for a month with tremendous results in flacid hang and even more nightly erections (which I was not expecting). I swear my flaccid length has gained an inch. I got a glans protection cap coming along with the hanger.

Anyway, will keep following and learning

LG Hangar Round 13: Wearing down my chair/Night Run

Special note:

The time of day for a session shall be listed in the title as a “Day run” or “Night Run”. I define a “Day Run” as anything in the morning after 6am up to around 6pm. So a “Night run” is after 6pm but before 6am. Theoretically one could do two of either but since my shift is in the afternoon most Day runs are going to be in the morning and most Night runs will be late at night. Not a bad system if I say so myself lol.

Session Notes

1. I edged 25 minutes. No stayer was used. EQ trouble noted.

**2. I strapped into the hangar using 11HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and the weight hung without being turned or bundled today. I primed the cylinder several times, trying to make sure I had a good seal.

Session was 52 minutes. Counted as one hour. Halted due to more tingling that I wanted.

3. After removing the hangar I performed a 12 minute clamping session with some light stretching. I liked how this made me feel. Clamping will likely work its way into my hanging sets.

4. After performing stretching exercises used my gold soft silicone band as a stayer for….roughly 4 hours. Took it off after waking.

5. Routine is completed

Other Notes

1. A note, if you are into ball stretching, do not use your ball stretcher during your hanging session. It’ll hurt you. It ain’t a good move.

2. Current hanging streak unbroken. That will change, as I feel my EQ dropping a little and want to take a day of rest. This run may be in poor thought as I should likely not run today at all but…we are here now. That said, I may only skip today’s Day Run and call it good. We shall see.

3. I should clean up and prepare for female company, not fix my damn chair. But…we will see what I decide. Also, hating the chair. I leaned too far forward in it for 45 minutes. Aggravated both knees. Awfully smart, I know.

4. The fatigue is a bit light feeling, so I’m going to stop noting it. I’ll work up in weight when I *know* I’m ready.

5. Glans was uniformly distended very firmly at the end of this session with mild discoloration that was gone upon erection. No losses in sensation. No other untoward effects.

6. I did a 10 minute clamping session after to preserve and cement glans gains. We will see how it goes. My EQ shot up after clamping so…I like the overall effect. So, on one of my runs per day I will likely clamp. When my girth bands get here I predict great things. But, post clamping session I noted that edging was lost time. Much of my temp expansion was gone. Enough of it was true temp gain and only a thin layer of edema so acting quickly with a stayer is key. Noted here for the future.

1. Noted significant temp gain retention. 6.25-6.5” NBPF and 5.875” flaccid girth. I took the gold stayer off a half hour then put it and my 42mm ball hangar on to start the day. So I’ll remove both by 3 hours.
