Special note:
The time of day for a session shall be listed in the title as a “Day run” or “Night Run”. I define a “Day Run” as anything in the morning after 6am up to around 6pm. So a “Night run” is after 6pm but before 6am. Theoretically one could do two of either but since my shift is in the afternoon most Day runs are going to be in the morning and most Night runs will be late at night. Not a bad system if I say so myself lol.
Session Notes
1. I edged 25 minutes. No stayer was used. EQ trouble noted.
**2. I strapped into the hangar using 11HG of pressure before disengaging the gauge. Then, I selected 7.5lbs for today’s weight and the weight hung without being turned or bundled today. I primed the cylinder several times, trying to make sure I had a good seal.
Session was 52 minutes. Counted as one hour. Halted due to more tingling that I wanted.
3. After removing the hangar I performed a 12 minute clamping session with some light stretching. I liked how this made me feel. Clamping will likely work its way into my hanging sets.
4. After performing stretching exercises used my gold soft silicone band as a stayer for….roughly 4 hours. Took it off after waking.
5. Routine is completed
Other Notes
1. A note, if you are into ball stretching, do not use your ball stretcher during your hanging session. It’ll hurt you. It ain’t a good move.
2. Current hanging streak unbroken. That will change, as I feel my EQ dropping a little and want to take a day of rest. This run may be in poor thought as I should likely not run today at all but…we are here now. That said, I may only skip today’s Day Run and call it good. We shall see.
3. I should clean up and prepare for female company, not fix my damn chair. But…we will see what I decide. Also, hating the chair. I leaned too far forward in it for 45 minutes. Aggravated both knees. Awfully smart, I know.
4. The fatigue is a bit light feeling, so I’m going to stop noting it. I’ll work up in weight when I *know* I’m ready.
5. Glans was uniformly distended very firmly at the end of this session with mild discoloration that was gone upon erection. No losses in sensation. No other untoward effects.
6. I did a 10 minute clamping session after to preserve and cement glans gains. We will see how it goes. My EQ shot up after clamping so…I like the overall effect. So, on one of my runs per day I will likely clamp. When my girth bands get here I predict great things. But, post clamping session I noted that edging was lost time. Much of my temp expansion was gone. Enough of it was true temp gain and only a thin layer of edema so acting quickly with a stayer is key. Noted here for the future.

1. Noted significant temp gain retention. 6.25-6.5” NBPF and 5.875” flaccid girth. I took the gold stayer off a half hour then put it and my 42mm ball hangar on to start the day. So I’ll remove both by 3 hours.
