Vacuum Hanging 2019: thoughtfulgold

I hope you won’t mind some newbie questions:

1. Are you expecting mechanical stretch or is it permanent growth, with hanging?
2. What differences do you see between this and non-vacuum hanging?
3. How do you handle your testicles? I’m vacuum hanging standing up and they are somewhat in the way, it’s not painful just annoying.

BTW if you get tired of your current arrangement, there is this type of chair (there are cheaper versions):

Both. Using a device for an extended period to elongate my penis is literally a mechanical stretch. That can cause permanent growth. Whether via creep or microtear and regeneration isn’t known because everyone is different. Ask agaijn at the 200 hour mark.

Attachment style. Compression hangars squeeze the penis shaft. Vacuum like this one use negative pressure to suction onto the upper 1/3 of the penis.

Comfort and safety are different. A compression hangar needs 20 minute circulation breaks. I can do 90 minute sessions before I need a break with vacuum.

Attachment with vacuum is simpler for me.

I sit forward in the chair. Which gives some space for them but ball stretching helps here. My shaft goes right down the middle but usually comfortably because the scrotum stretched enough for the testicles to move to the side far enough without pain or loss of circulation. It would be an issue kneeling with a compression hangar due to it needing to sit at the base of the shaft and the hangar itself riding on scrotum and pinching and crushing the scrotum skin.

That was more like what I envisioned. This is a great option, a chair with a clean central division. That chair would fulcrum better than my current setup (which will likely require standing)

During Surgical Intermission Exercise Starting today

Until further notice of hanging resuming this entry will cover the breadth of my current PE.

Double Powered Clamping sessions for 10 minutes. Defined and analyzed here: Double Powered Clamping: Analysis
Up to 4 sessions per day.

Girth bands worn after session 1-6 hours.

Ideal maximum workload daily is

1. Doubled Powered Clamping Session
2. Both girth Bands worn 1 hour after session
3. Double Powered Clamping Session #2
4. 1 Girth Band worn several hours then removed.
5. Double Powered Clamping Session #3
6. Both girth Bands worn 1 hour after session
7. Double Powered Clamping Session #4
8. 1 Girth Band worn until sleep cycle begins (2-5 hours possible likely)

Some level of 1 to 4 sets per day will be performed between 4 and 5 days per week during recovery. Or at random until regimental hanging resumes.

New LG Hangar commentary

The new cylinder made to larger specs came yesterday. I find that it fits well. Pictures of me wearing it appear in posts here: New LG Hangar Cylinder: First fit and comparison #1 and the next one.

It was a bit intimidating but it fits nicely. Wearing 10lbs, with or without the glans cap, fits nicely and solidly attached.

The design of the LG is to get the glans to bottom out when pressurized and with a bit of the upper shaft inside of the cylinder. That occurs now. Before, only the glans would fit about 80% in the prior cylinder.

Expanding on that concept is the fact that the upper shaft and mid shaft are a smaller girth than lower third of my penis. So, using this device has a high potential to increase the size of my upper shaft and my mid shaft with it, until only the head of my penis fits into the chamber. Basically, if I hang long enough what happened with my first cylinder will happen with this one. And, if I get to a point where just the glans packs this chamber…I will hang up the Penis Enlargement cleats. I’m pretty sure at that point there won’t be anymore goals that possibly could exist.

Additionally, now that there is a bit of space in the chamber, I can orient it a bit on the glans, favoring a side and if the seal holds…putting it on slightly “cocked” to one side may give me the chance to focus stretching on one side of my penis. Particularly the left side, to get that side to grow and catch up in length to the right side so that I can have the longer and straighter cock that I so direly desire.

All of this…in about 3-4 more weeks. I’m still on a lifting restriction and won’t do any weight training until that restriction from my surgery passes.

I’ve been thinking about your original construction; one could clamp a pulley on a desk’s edge or simply install a pulley under a desk, if the goal is straight out (screw the pulley to the underside of the desk). My Desk has this keyboard sliding thingie at the bottom , so I tied a chord around it, and hang a pulley on the chord, under the thingie/sliding drawer. Works fine, of course I’m not hanging 20lb to test it. Cool thing is that you are sitting in the same position compared to the desk, pretty much.

Are you using heat in your routine?

Negative on heat. Using a girth band instead of my shaft heating pad.

My desk is not robust enough for a pulley to be directly attached. Simply impractical. Many use that idea. Just not good for me.

I removed a screw from a TV tray and replaced it with an eyebolt to which I attached a pulley. Nobody asked questions about seeing a TV tray in my house near my sofa.


Then 01/15/08 EBPL: 6.25 EG 5.10 Now 10/05/09 EBPL 7.75 EG 5.25 Girth work for 103 days.

Restarting at Blackjack!- Add +21

I did a practice session using a TV tray. I bought a wooden one and a pair of eyebolts to run. I used only one for the setup and looking at the thickness of the wood in my desk I may just install the other bolt into it and use the desk like I should have in the beginning. But, now I have a TV tray so maybe I’m civilized? I mean maybe that counts? lol

Session was 30 minutes at 15lbs. Before you ask why I started so heavy, remember I’ve been doing static pumping holding 15HG for 15 minutes for the last 2 months. I am more than conditioned for load and vacuum pressure.

Plan is to splice 60-90 minute sessions in every other day or daily if possible. Just going to keep pumping then hang when edema is low, as much as I can. I’ll notate here when my first official hanging session commences.

For the purists, even though this is starting over and my session hours count will be at 1, you can add 21 for the total time I’ve used the LG Hangar. As it was 21 sessions before this restart.

BlackJack! Session 1- Setting a Baseline

Today’s Date for this entry is 6/16/2019 and I am merely entering it because I had no time on the proper date to do so.

Introduction
Alright, let’s start at the top. Stats now…

9.13” BPEL
8.25” NBPEL
6.25” MSEG
7.36” BEG

These are familiar numbers. Basically where I ended after my PRP run a month or so back. I’ve been working on solo pumping to straighten my curve with some limited success but not much by way of statistical change. Now, it’s time to hang again and so I’ve got my larger LG Hangar back out and ready to do some Straight Out (SO) hanging as opposed to Straight Down (SD) like before using the kneeling chair.

Session Notes

1. Using 2.25” Cylinder lightly warmed up and lubed with vaseline pump up to 12HG for 8 minutes.
Note for this setting is it is the highest pressure and duration I can pump and not feel any edema at the end but still feel good temporary expansion. This pressure and duration will likely vary highly between individuals.

2. Wrap using tender tape around shaft to cover frenulum up to corona ridge down to midshaft.

3. Put on LG Hangar, pressurizing it at 5” HG and checking for good seal by pulling strong but not suddenly.

4. Run paracord through weights and eyebolt underneath wooden tray table, attach to hangar with 15lbs Straight Out for 30 minutes while seated.

5. Remove hangar. Perform 5-10 minutes of hard stretches by hand.

Session concludes.

Post Session Notes

1. A post session MSEG of 6.375” up to 6.5” is the range I am seeing. Same as my demo session the day before.

2. Also note that the main session, while hanging is done in the morning. A second pumping session of 8 minutes occurs at night as well.
